We stayed a few days there and the location was not the best but during makeup room, there is the occasion of no toilet paper top up, called the only reception number for like 30 times and nobody picked up, during checking out, didn't ask about the staying experience

Nicely located, surprisingly quiet hotel. In a rush hour check-in the personnel was not able to organize the crowd into covid-safe distances and did not request / remind guests to wear masks. Breakfast was not organized in time slots so it was crowded although we especially asked about the expected popular times to avoid crowd. People were confused about "traffic" in the buffet breakfast area, but personnel very friendly advised those who tried to swim against the current. Most hotels do not clean the rooms nowadays if you stay a few days - here they did at least empty the bins and change towels put on the floor, which was really nice for a change.

The location near the harbour was perfect when thinking about our actual destination - the island of Viikinsaari 20 minutes' boat trip away

The room was tidy and the staff was nice! The view outside the window (room 653) was a bit boring but i guess you can get better views with extra money. The air conditioning was initially set up to very high temperature (22°c) but luckily there was an option to alter it on the control panel. The barhroom was really nice, extra points for the floor heating! The breakfast was ok and i liked how they took into account the prevailing covid-situation. 4/5 stars, would stay again!

Very helpful staff, nice and quiet location. A part of the wall separating the bathroom and the room was glass, so when the lights are switched on in the bathroom, that disturbs those resting in the room. Also, it would be fair to mention that although there's a gym in the hotel building, it's not a part of the hotel services, and one has to pay for that extra.

Aamupala tila oli aika ahdas, kun ruokailijoita oli paljon.

Pysäköinti oli ja on loistava, käynti parkkihalliin pikkuisen kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, paitsi leikkeleitä olisin toivonut enemmän. Henkilökunta ihanaa, kaikki oli lähes täydellistä! Menen uudelleen, kunhan Tampereelle seuraavaksi eksyn!

Respan jono oli kamalan pitkä ja hidas ja kun huone ei ollut valmiina, jouduimme jonottamaan kaksi kertaa pitkän jonon. Aluksi vain yksi respa paikalla. Porukkaa tuli koko ajan lisää. Olisimme menneet ravintolaan istumaan juomille ja odottamaan, mutta sekään ei ollut ennen klo 16 auki. Respasta sai ostaa juoman, mutta kauhean kiusallista siinä säheltää pullojen ja lasien kanssa kun pitkä jono perässä pyörittelee silmiään. Respan tytöt olivat ystävällisiä, siitä ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa, parhaansa varmaan tekivät.

Siisti perushuone. Hyvä sijainti ja helppo pysäköinti. Aamupalatarjoilupöydät ärsyttävän ahtaasti ja kahvikoneelle sekava ruuhka. Kolkko ravintolatila. Hotellin yleiset tilat eivät kovin viihtyisiä. Ystävällinen palvelu.

Aamiainen hyvä, mustamakkara puolukkahillolla kruunasi aamun.

Very pleasant reception from the receptionist when I checked in! The room could have been cleaner, quite dusty on the tops of cabinets and shelves. But overall, I recommend this hotel!

Sijainti rauhallinen. Hotelli kaipaa päivitystä / remonttia. Aamiaistila erittäin ahdas.

Bott här förut! Fint hotell med bra läge. Nybyggd bastu. Lite synd att gymmet som ligger i hotellet inte ingår i hotellets pris. Hotellfrukosten är en mardröm vid myket folk, dvs helger. Här är tålamod din bästa vän om du ska hitta bord och ta dig fram in den underdimensionerade buffén.
