I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is also located in a very convenient central area, close to restaurants, shops, and many local attractions and activities. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the staff was in providing recommendations and guidance whenever I had questions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and great service. Modern Rooms - really good size and super clean . Staff was extremely helpful in every way. We stayed for 2 days a week ago. Exceptional staff is my highlight.

The staff were very nice and pleasant, but there were several issues with my reservation. When I raised them, the blame was placed on the third-party booking site. I had reserved a premium room but was initially given a standard room because the premium room was not ready. Once I got the premium room, it still felt very basic. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the shampoo/soap dispenser was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was okay, though nothing exceptional. Overall, the service was friendly, but the room and reservation experience were disappointing.

Property is clean and well organized for use. Friendly staff and breakfast was a good mix of items. Highly recommend.

I had stay of 6 nights ! Room were big and cleaned , seen good hospitality from staff ! My concern is there was an entry door stopper , which always hurts during my stay as It was not positioned properly except this I had very good and comfort stay right in the center of Miraflores area ! Thanks

Good location, however the information on the booking site is incorrect, there is no shuttle bus available. Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima

The Crowne Plaza Lima provides a solid, middle-of-the-road experience. We were greeted with a lovely Pisco Sour, and the staff remained consistently friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and organized. However, there were two main drawbacks. First, the room felt quite stuffy; the lack of fresh air made the space feel cramped. Second, the service felt a bit overbearing at times—particularly regarding the language barriers and the constant expectation for tips. While the decor is certainly "unique," the lack of ventilation was the bigger issue for us.

There is NOT an airport shuttle. This needs to be updated. Other than that, the people were super nice and the place is nice. I would recommend this place.

The location is great and also the staff but they decided to paint the doors with oil paint while we were there and we had head aches and nausea. They move us to a different floor and had to pack and unpack again, something you don’t want to do when you are in vacation.

Very shady business ethics and definitely just recommended a friend to stay elsewhere for her trip to lima next month. I paid a $66 extra guest fee when booking through Expedia, but those guests canceled weeks before arrival. I notified the front desk at check-in, as instructed, and was later told the fee couldn’t be removed because the rate was “locked.” That makes no sense. This isn’t a rate change, it’s a charge for guests who never stayed. Charging for services not rendered is unacceptable. Requesting a refund.
