The staff was very nice but the room was dirty. It did not appear to have been vacuumed. I woke up with pet hair on me. I do not own a pet nor I have I been around one.

Yes, the room and staff were good. My issue was my room was above were the driver for tge airport van parked was under my window. Everytime the driver backed into the spot the beep, beep, beep would wake me. They really need to find a different place for the van to park.

This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE. First, the reception wouldn't let me check in because they said Hotels.com didn't cover the cost, which I already paid on Hotels.com. They asked me to CALL Hotels.com...huh? The receptionist was incredibly rude and walked away mid conversation. Finally I got a manager who cleared it up. The rooms are gross. The entire experience is horrible. STAY AWAY

Had to get room changed as it wasn’t cleaned. Be careful on the treadmill in the fitness room, the belt isn’t secure and is a hazard.

Room appeared not to have been vacuumed for over a week,sheets were stained with multiple strands of hair,and there were tiny black bugs as well. Thank goodness I had spray alcohol to kill the ones I saw. Hotel housekeeping is at it's worse.

Location was Awesome. But was disappointed when i checked in, i requested a Wake up Call Plus to be put on the Airport Shuttle List, Good thing I checked when i came back for the Evening , Ours names were NOT on Shuttle List, Definitely Lack of Communication.

The room was cleaned, breakfasts was great, also offering coffee 24/7 was awesome, but the staffs were not friendly. Beside having trains passing by every 10 minutes as well as the planes flying in and out all the times wasn't pleasant.

Overall it was a good stay. We checked in and were given a 4th floor room. No issues there. The first night we were there. We used the shower and the water was luke warm. Hot on and off. The next day the water was cold. We brought this up to their attention and they said it was because we were in the 4th floor and that by law the water heater was full blast. They did say they’d look into it and when we got back to the room that same day - what do you know? We had HOT water. So that was nice. Our last night we went up to the room and the keys did not work. So we had to come down to the lobby and get new ones. But the big one - NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE at all. We called and they said only on the 3rd day we’d get service. Well we were ONLY there for 3 days. So it was annoying to come to the room and not being cleaned. And I guess this was because of COVID. And COVID was 5 yrs ago!!! Had we’ve been told that no hot water due to the high floor and that we had to request hot water. AND if we were told there would be NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE we would have NOT stayed here at all. So overall it was a good/OK - 3 star service.
