This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation. I wish every hotel experience could be like this. The staff are so lovely, accommodating, informative, and friendly. The interior is a refined touch of elegance and simplicity. The breakfast was worth it for me because I didn’t have to think about where to eat and it filled me up the whole day until dinner. I also highly recommend dinner at Glasswing…What an amazing experience.

Everything was great - would definitely stay there again

Beautiful hotel, rooms and spa. Staff was wonderful. My only complaint was the noise on the front side. 2 train lines run almost constantly. One of the lines is very squeaky and loud. We would have liked to sleep with the windows open but it was much too loud. I would absolutely recommend this hotel but not a room on the front.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vienna, walking distance to lots of lovely Christmas markets. Gorgeous decor, everything clean and adorable cot for our baby with gorgeous bedding and baby’s own toiletries.

They did a superb job with us - dining, drinking and sleeping.

Absolutely beautiful new hotel on the Ringstrasse! Conveniently located near all the major sites in the inner city of Vienna. Easy two block walk to the Staatsoper (use the underground shopping mall/U-bahn station walkway to skip having to cross the Ringstrasse), and Hofburg palace and museums are just another 1 - 2 blocks beyond. Gorgeous, well designed and maintained rooms. Wonderfully comfortable beds, and amazing shower with excellent water pressure (and fantastic water quality)! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food in both the hotel's bistro and Glasswing restaurant. Glasswing restaurant's 7-course tasting menu is a bit of a splurge (we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary), but worth every penny - and the wine pairings were outstanding! All around, we had an amazing stay at the Amauris! This is our new "go to" hotel in Vienna!

What a fabulous hotel! The staff is amazing! From reception to restaurant, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They make you feel at home! The location of the hotel is the best. 3 minutes walk to the State Opera and walking distance to most attractions. Our room was street facing. A tram station is right outside but you could not tell when inside, the room was so quiet! We dined at the Glasswing restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about it! The food was amazing! Michelin worthy! The breakfast is not to be missed. We visited in the summer so we had beautiful mornings on the terrace. The rooms are gorgeous! The bathrooms are spacious with double sinks. The toilet is separate which I liked. However, outside of the hotel was a little different. People in Vienna are not friendly. We had come from Budapest where everyone was so welcoming and had a “our city is your city” vibe. In Vienna people have the “when are you leaving” vibe. But this hotel and its people will make me go back to Vienna!
