Nice and tidy great room great location

Everything was perfect. From the time we check in to the time we check out everything went so smoothly and the staffs so friendly. Thank you BreakFree to make our stay so special

Very disappointed. On the 6th level 04. The dryer was in the living room area. The air conditioner was very loud and affected me sleeping. The vanity was cracked. The plumbing of the vanity was held together with duct tape. The front door open into the bedroom. The noise from the foyer of the lifts open and closing could be easily herd in bedroom when you were trying to sleep. There was an ocean view but most of the view was the carparks and air condition plants and rear fire escapes and of adjust buildings. There is much better value in new properties for the money paid. I have stayed here on many occassions over the 15 years and have had be allocated much better rooms.The location is fantastic.

A bit dated but nicely presented. Staff friendly and helpful

When we arrived we had to clean the room, floors were dirty and sticky, wash mould off the bathroom wall tiles and ceiling and the sofa was also broken. Once we cleaned and propped up the sofa our stay was great. Best views and position on the Esplanade. Stayed for 4 weeks and would stay again.

The property/unit smelled bad as soon as we entered. The Aircon smelled and did not work properly. The floors were dirty and blinds dirty. The spa bath didn't work. No fan as per listing. Will not stay again, which is a shame as good location.

Nice studio apartment. Great place to spend a week

The wifi was awful, connection kept dropping out and more often than not i had to connect to the free Telstra. I had to wash all the cups and dishes as they were greasy. Otherwise it was great. The view was amazing! The Esplanade and night markets were right outside. Loads of bars and restaurants just seconds away. We watched loads of birds flying past our balcony.

It has some wear and tear, but the location is perfect. It has plenty of space, the kitchen even includes a washing machine. The round tub is a nice plus. Cleanliness was the only point I think they could improve, but other than that, I really loved my stay.

Nice central location to shops , dining and tours

I think all the bad reviews must be about the same apartment ? Our apartment was very dated. We had to use a fork to get plug out of the bath. Black tape for fix of pipe work (visible) and floor filthy. Isn’t one bedroom. Front door opens straight into bedroom area and they have a screen you can pull across (but then can’t get around the bed if you do) more like a studio apartment. Definitely not one bedroom. Walked around barefoot and feet were very dirty quite soon. The main issue was the balcony. The chairs were extremely worn/split fabric. We did have a sea view if you looked directly in front but the main view was of the backs and side of restaurants inc McDonald’s. So bin areas/parking etc. so we also had noise from all their huge extractors and the food smells. apartments own air con extractor is located on the balcony which is noisy. Turning that off helps slightly ? All this meant we didn’t really use the balcony, which was disappointing as that’s a main reason we booked this. Photos very misleading.cant believe the cost tbh as we have had so much better for less. We expected to be able to enjoy breakfast /a glass of wine on the balcony. This was impossible. The location is really good, (very noisy from pub til late on a Saturday) staff friendly. Apparently we had a very good apartment when we asked at checking in?? I assume that was a standard reply as it honestly is very poor. Also WiFi is additional cost? Fab area but book somewhere else.
