Very run down. Rooms were old and dirty. Outlets didn’t work and tv wasn’t working Had to change rooms

The first room I got didn't have a lock. I didn't feel comfortable without one so they gave me a different room. The next room hadn't been cleaned and had an unmade bed, dirty cups and used towels in the bathroom. The third room smelled like smoke and had a tv that didnt work. By then, I didnt care. I just needed a room for the night. The front desk employee was nice, though.

Positives - lobby and room were clean. Great location - close to airport. They have airport transportation that starts at 3:45 am and you can park your car there for an additional $10/day. Negatives - room smelled like smoke, door to room was hard to open and close, A/C unit was loud and didn’t really cool the room. Only ice/vending is on the first floor. Front of ice machine fell off when I was filling my cup and it was disgustingly dirty behind the cover. “Permanent” tub mat was just weird and gross. TV didn’t work. Mini fridge didn’t really keep anything cold.

Room smelled like cigarettes, there were holes in the bathroom

The bathrooms were gross. We had to change rooms because the first rooms tub was cracked and flooded the floor. Second room the bathroom was also gross, but at least it had a fan and no cracks in the tub. Stayed three nights, first morning alarm was set for 6am and woke us, we didn’t set it. Next two mornings awaken by fire alarm going off, 630 and 7. Staff was really nice.

Looks nice but the carpet in our room was discussing, our friends carpet was wet, our room stunk horribly, ice machine was falling apart! TV remote didn’t work with the TV at all!! Had to get new keys for the room every time we turned around! Phone wasn’t even hooked up so we could call the front desk if we needed anything. People were outside smoking pot all the time! The one great thing was the gal at the front desk was so sweet I just don’t remember her name!

Easy check in the room was nice, air conditioner worked great great customer service.

Close to the airport. Was within walking distance to several places for dinner. Negative aspects: Curtains were torn, damage to counter top in bathroom.

The Good- The hotel was near everything. Food, Casino and family. The Bad- The property needs to be upgraded. The Ugly- Water pressure in the sink is weak. Overall for the price it was worth a 2 day stay. Oh, and the front desk clerk was awesome!! I didn't get her name but she had a short hairstyle.

Walked out of lobby and the smell of weed was so bad, very sketchy, checked out and went to different hotel…

Experience was awful, staff was decent, I will give them that. Room sucked and environment was not family friendly. Would not recommend

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Undergoing renovations but was still orderly. The bed however, was harder than concrete and the room felt wet. The ac was on and it was super cold but the room over just felt damp. The shuttle was easy tonise and we caught out flight easily

Booked a 2 queen bed room 6 months before the College World Series. Go to check in and all they had was 1 king. Same thing happened to another guy checking in at the same time. Person working had no clue what to do. Waited like an hour for the manager showed up and finally just went to bed. Cancelled next night and will never stay there again.

The first room we checked into had stains on the door in the hallway and the stains continued inside the room on the curtains, walls, floor and ceiling. The wood furniture was missing pieces. The room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed at all. There were strings hanging from the light in the bathroom and stains on the mirror in the bathroom. Worst of all the room smelled of smoke and mold/mildew, I couldn’t breathe in there. They put us in a different room and while that one didn’t have a smell, the furniture was being held together by duct tape

Decent. Very old. Staff very friendly.

All good experience and could leave my car while flying for the weekend.
