Were staying first night after a long trip room service knock door an literally bring us out of the room because they have a contract and have to do some clean issues... very bad organization if ho have to do this type of cleaning you just skip those rooms.

The front desk (Ashley) & reservations staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was well treated for the snow and icey conditions. One side of the closet handle was loose and looked like it was repaired bur should have just been replaced & the toilet ran after flushing.

No early shuttle service to hotel which doesn’t make sense as the airport is international. Checkin staff was not caring or attentive. Room was hard to get to and room are not connected to hotel lobby. Did not feel welcome or comfortable during my short overnight stay.

All was good other than the smell of marijuana as I went to walk in the front door to the lobby and then again in the lower level of the building I stayed in. The room is nice.

The stay was very pleasant, it was amazing that it had 2 rooms. I wished more hotels offered the same set up.

The back door to the building I was in didnt work correctly and had to use the side door-very inconvenient and facility smelled of marijuana

Spacious room! Bed was firm, pillows soft. Room lighting was too dim.

I only stayed at the property for a few hours during a layover and the room was generally clean. However, one of the floors had trash in the hallways…I don’t know why. It may have been one of the guests but it was a little disturbing to see. I was too tired to tell the front desk, so maybe they would have done something about it. The front desk guy was nice and professional.

Affordable, property is clean and everyone is very nice and polite.tje rooms are comfortable and cozy! Just my last stay the room was cold when I got there but that was it. Overall very great place to stay.

Great stay

The door to the room was damaged as if someone kicked the door open. The room was dirty

We booked a wheelchair accessible room. The door was around back, very narrow for a wheelchair or walker. There was an elevator but the room was the furthest away. No carts for luggage. Couch too low, Dining table wobbled. No space to get a wheelchair or walker around the beed. The bathroom was the only accessible thing in the room. You had to go to the clubhouse for breakfast. HC person would have to drive around the hotel to eat. Will not come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The carpeting and furnishings in the room were dated. The bed was very comfortable. Someone had failed to clean out the refrigerator, there appeared to be leftovers in there from one or more guests.
