Needs some cleaning

I felt like I was at home.

False advertisement with online photos. Only does continental breakfast of eggs, tater tots, sausage, French toast sticks, yogurt, milk, bananas, toast. Hotel bed was broken on one side, my room phone had issues where it’d come on by itself through the speaker at all hours of the night. Wall trim was falling off in my little places and dogs barking on my floor.

Needs to be updated

Nice property would visit again.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. I think breakfast hours should be extended for 1 more hour.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member I spoke to was AMAZING especially the nice lady that was there when I was checking out. I'll definitely be back

I go to the hurst area quite a bit for my elderly father and stay in the hurst town center at another hotel that thought that I would try something new. The Hyatt was underwhelming. It seemed like it needs to be updated. Nothing major just a change in paint and update of furniture I really liked the way. The room was situated with a sitting They were and a bed. The bed itself seemed old and uncomfortably lumpy. The custodian of the room did not change the dirty glasses or coffee cup that I had left in the sink which I don’t know if was a service or not. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. I don’t know if there was a large group there but they were out of coffee and plastic where when I got there at 8:30 AM. I will probably stay at the other hotel from now on.

Horrible experience and left a night early due to the conditions of the hotel. Will not book again.

The room experience was excellent, but the pool was not clean.

The people were super nice but the place was dirty and in need of repair. Has high hopes because Hyatt has such a great brand.

The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunatly the photos for the property had major false advertising. The pictures showed a really nice bar set up in the lobby but was just the front desk extended into a tiny bar with minimal seating. Also the entire property was outdated as well as two lights in the hallways made the walk to our room creepy. We expected a higher end estsblishment but was met with lower than a holiday inn. Clean propety but dont book based off advertising pictures.

Quiet stay live the parking

I always find the the Hyatt is a fantastic place to stay!!!!
