The staff was wonderful...from the front desk/reception to the restaurant manager and the wait staff, especially our server on Saturday night...delightful!

Good location nice rooms and Nice pool

nice hotel needs a tad updating but all in all great. Suite was great for 4 family members.

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant. Super useful, spoke great English and very knowledgeable.

Excellent hotel at the center of the city - close to everything.

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Historic. Accessible. Convenient. Good breakfast.

Belle chambre et emplacement idéale

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

Great location. Nice big bed and room but the A/C didn’t work very well so sleeping was tough.

Was a lovely stay in the heart of beautiful Tours.

Great location, lovely hotel. I highly recommend it.

A great lobby, especially the high ceiling, pool and piano, and great location, near train station, huge city pool, park and restaurants. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. Wonderful showers. One room though, was better than the other, yet they came at the same price. The better one had nice views and was spacious. The lesser one was smaller, had 1 window instead of 2, and had slanted beams that you had be aware of or risk hitting your head. Also, odd that there was 1 chair in the rooms instead of 2.

Hotel was in perfect location. The room was good size. The hotel entrance smelled like someone was cooking fish (assuming it was the restaurant), but ring were excellent.

Excellent hotel in Tours with an ideal location, mins walking to the train station and the center if the old town. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and is spacious and well equipped. The shower room and toilet are seperated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good stay just the hotel did not have extra pillows which was not great
