Staff was very helpful but not cordial; they seemed stressed or tired and distant or avoidant. Sorry but I'm used to very upbeat, enthusiastic and welcoming, pleasant service

I actually felt bad for the staff who were there- they could have used more support. The breakfast offerings were subpar. The rooms were clean and what was remodeled was nice, but there were still items in the room that needed work.

Bath tub was dirty, mold on tub caulking. Bed linens were dusty, with hair strands in the pillows. When i told the older Caucasian lady at the front desk about it, and asked for replacement linens, she said there was only one service person. For 3 nights, nothing was done.

1 day stay and was easy check in, quiet, and in a good area.

The room was unprepared for my arrival. The refrigerator was filled with old food, and the cabinet was unswept. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was dirty, and the shower had visible mold. There was no toilet paper or facial tissue paper. I had to go to Target for bleach cleaner to clean enough to take a shower. I am not confident that the sheets were changed. It was a long night, feeling trapped in the filth. I had to cancel the rest of my stay. Never again.

Exactly what I look for in a hotel: safe, quiet, clean.

The property was ok. Our first night was stressful sin the shower was not working and we had to go to another room to shower. Also the breakfast was horrible, we paid extra money for too little. I will not go again

Very nice hotel. Simple, smooth check in. Big rooms-off a main road so way to get to but still very quiet and peaceful-set off the road, surrounded by trees. Comfy bed.

needed a quick overnight stay for an out of town funeral. Provided us just what was needed--quiet overnight in a comfortable room that we left first thing in the morning --short convenient trip between hotel and fumeral.

Pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet charge. It was a quiet stay and the property was in good shape overall. The bathroom could use a refresh but all in all a good deal.

The staff and room

This hotel is NOT business-friendly. During my recent business trip, I discovered that the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot, which was not very effective. I checked in on a Wednesday, and my room was not cleaned until Sunday, and only after I requested it at the front desk. I spoke with a staff member named Maria, who was very rude. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, her immediate response was a firm "NO!" I was taken aback. Maria later explained that the person who checked me in should have informed me that rooms are only cleaned if requested the night before. She also expressed frustration, mentioning that it was Labor Day weekend and only one person was working at the front desk, which handles everything from breakfast to cleaning to check-ins. Given all these issues, I will never stay here again.

Great stay. Nothing to complain about.
