Great staff!

Best of 3 hotels from Quebec City, Saint Leonards through to Moncton. Staff were DELIGHTFUL, Room was PERFECT. Coffee was nearby!!! If not at the front desk!!! Really HAPPYt to have stayed there with DOG!!!

Very basic room needs modernisation

The room was nicely renovated, clean, with a table and 2 chairs, micro, fridge, TV. Door would beep if you didn't close it tight and windows were fixed not to open too much, preventing anyone entering through a window. Felt safe and secure. Staff were all fantastic, friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was ok, but lacked fruit, muffins, or bagels. Oh, the cookies! Free cookies, were absolutely delicious 😋 I will definitely choose this motel next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!!!

Great staff and good breakfast

The customer service was outstanding. The room was clean and we slept well. Looks like it went through a renovation not too long ago. Comfortable bed Good breakfast. Would stay here again

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and wanted to help with everything. The hotel was in a convenient location with good parking and close to walking trails as well as downtown. For the room it was a good size with a comfortable bed, however it was dated bathroom and the AC when working gave a stale unpleasant smell and was loud. I would recommend this hotel for a day or 2 but not for a longer stay. The only complaint I have was noise, the road was very busy and you could hear trucks and cars drive by all night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Great location and amenities.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar had a fantastic menu and food specials. The waitress was the best i have ever had. The room was clean, spacious and bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was luke warm but still good. Overall, highly recommend and we will be back when we have to go to Moncton.

We only stayed one night. The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very informative and professional The room was clean, including the bathroom. The need and pillows were comfortable

Comfortable bed. No plug near the table to work on the computer. Bathroom is very tight. Good breakfast.

Nice place if you're on a budget, and very clean. The staff were super helpful best I've seen in years.

The room was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom was very small and cramped and badly laid out. The parking situation was very difficult. There was no assigned spaces for the rooms so I had to be dropped off at the room and my partner drive around for a while to try and find a place to park. For a room that is a walk up, the parking should be dedicated so you can park in front of your unit.

Good place to get a good night's sleep; the room was clean, although I did notice a lot of dust on the night stand and the remote control for the TV seemed to feel unclean. The bed was very comfortable, but it felt a bit sketchy for a larger person. The room is small, but was what was to be expected for a budget accommodation. The free breakfast was a nice touch and was very tasty, included scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns with unlimited toast, juice and coffee as well. A 10 percent off coupon for lunch/supper was also included but we never got the chance to use it due to timing. The staff was very friendly at check in and at the restaurant. For a one night stay we would stay again; please put a bit of extra emphasis on cleaning common touch surfaces especially remote controls, otherwise great
