Experience was wonderful

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful with finding a place to eat, and the hotel was very clean.

The property was quiet at certain hours of the night. I didn’t take pictures of my room like normally. So we checked in Thursday evening and checked out this morning. After leaving getting on the road I get a car from the hotel saying we stole some pillows and they are $40 and I need to pay. Or the police will be called and my ID information will be given. Why would I steal pillows that everyone has slept on. When I go to hotel I take sheets and cover. The sir condition front is broken the bathroom door broken. Tub wasn’t clean and roaches on the wall. Needs renovating

The room was beyond dirty. Based on the price, I did not have high expectations, but this place failed on all levels. Will never return. I googled lens and this is black mold (picture). The rugs and bathroom were filthy.

Nice people nice location

The staff were very nice. The property is older and has some scuffs and dents. It was surprisingly very quiet with a cold AC and a decent bed.

Not too clean..i reserved online for 1 price but she didnt honor that...i paid theor regular price!

Not clean. Poorly maintained. No amenities.

The room was filthy. We had to get new sheets and change the sheets. We booked the room for 2 people, but had 3 guests in the room including the giant cockroach. There were magots in the bottom of the trash can. We moved it outside. There was hair all over the bathroom. The hairdryer did not work. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The breakfast area was filthy. We cancelled the 2nd night we booked and are waiting for a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible. Open the room and the smell greeted you with welcoming arms. I never smelled anything like it. It wasn't a musty smell but you can definitely tell that the room had many many guest. It was like stale farmers boots and gym socks I think.... I had to air the room out on every return. At least but more cleaning effort in to it. The breakfast was majority bread and cereal.

The check person was rude and the room was dirty.

The mattress was completely filthy and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

There aren’t many lodging options in Clarksdale, so this was one of few available to stay near the Tennessee Williams Festival. It was convenient and minimal.

I’ve been staying here regularly for a work project and I have no complaints. Nice, clean, and quiet hotel compared to the lower costing others in the area. The other’s rooms are much smaller, and one is loud all hours of the night. The people here at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating, and the beds are comfortable. It’s a little older, but no bugs and everything is always set up nice and neat.

The hotel building is old and has not been renovated. However, everything is clean and in a working condition. The strongest point for this hotel is their extra friendly and very sweet staff.
