His isn't the hotel I booked and it wouldn't let me change it. Horrible cancellation policy. Extremely unhappy with this entire situation. I'm in Kentucky and didn't book anything in south Carolina.

Shady feel, strange smell, flimsy luggage cart.

window shade in room could not be opened. shampoo conditioner did not work or was empty. lobby cooler had only diet drinks.

Hotel is in need of some repairs, room 316, the Venetian blinds does not work, will not roll up, and bathroom paper toilet roll holder is detached from the wall. Besides that, the stay was okay.

Pros! If you are looking for a hotel with everything within walking distance. This is the hotel. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. Joana checked us in, she was the absolute best! I will be staying here again! Every staff member I encountered was a treasure! Cons! The breakfast was not the best. Someone put lemon pepper on the potatoes. The mix fruits looked as it they were frozen then thawed. I asked for a late check out. When we came back to the room before 1030am, the shower curtain was taken down, the bed was already striped and cloth that we left on the bed were moved to the desk. I called the front desk and the issue was resolved instantly. Overall, the stay was still exceptional!

Filthy bathroom. Hair all over the floor.

Property was in a good location and easily accessible to highway. The negatives was that upon check-in, the woman at the front desk seemed distracted and unfriendly. Also, the room cleaning was not mentioned as optional and I needed to go to the front desk and ask for more towels.

Places smell and dirty and stuff are very unprofessional and nobody at the desk for a long time. Have to wait and wait …

Great service, there were a few things in the room broken but everything was still able to be used. There was also leftover beer bottle caps from a previous stay. Overall fine.

Very clean and comfortable

The front desk personnel is very nice helpful. The room was very clean. Shovel is nice. Food was good, pleasant all around.

My stay was from Thursday to Sunday. I ask for my room to be clean on Saturday but it was not clean. The rooms was to be clean every other day. The trash cans was over flowing and dirty towels and face cloth. Room was not serviced during my stay.

Very clean rooms and amazing staff

The room smelled of dog pee. The smell coming out of the heated was so bad we turned it off. We will never stay at Hampton again now that they allow pets.

It started out with no cart to carry our luggage to the fourth floor. We're older and weren't about to carry everything. Long story to fit in this box. No place to hang towels, no grip for the tub (could only get a towel), no drawers anywhere and when I received my receipt it was my name and another address from Nevada. I will say that the beds were comfortable. I think we'll choose somewhere else next time that we visit our family.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. Being visually impaired the rooms need to be better lit...could use more lights in the room. There was someone in the room next to us with a dog that was barking a lot therefore made it hard to sleep well.
