My stay is very enjoyable. The staff, Keith in particular, are very friendly and helpful. They are professional in all their interactions with me. Keith has been extremely helpful to me. He's kind and understanding. I hope the owner and management know who they have with him. He is definitely an asset. I love that I am able to have my pet with me too. There is a designated area for him to take care of business, they do ask we pick up after our fur babies. They provide the bags and have trash bins nearby for disposal. No problem for me to do that. Should be done anyway. They also gave me permission to let my grandchildren enjoy the pool. They had a great time! Thank you Keith! The room is quiet and comfortable. And there's plenty of parking that's easily accessed. The Hampton Inn is located near 2 shopping centers. The shopping centers have grocery store, Walmart, Lowe's, Shoe Carnival to mention a few. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. There's fast food and dine in close by. Some are in the shopping centers and some are not. The hospital is nearby as well. Hopefully no one will need to go there, puts a damper on a vacation. Overall, I recommend the Hampton Inn if you're in Frankfort Kentucky.

Was happy to get an upgraded room when the initial room received had non working A/C.

The staff was great except for housekeeping. I couldn't understand what he was saying. Also, my room wasn't vacuumed. I know because there's a piece of a leaf just under the desk. It's been there the whole time. I do like that they accept pets. There's plenty of parking. Overall, good.

Looked nice but needed to be cleaned a bit better. It was very noisy, doors slamming and ice machine was VERY noisy! Front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us.

They were in the last stages of remodeling, very gracious. Shower was very nice. Love the soft bath towels. Bed was great.

Hotel is looking tired, have stayed numerous times and definitely needs some updating in rooms. Toilet paper holder wouid not hold the paper. Staff propped it up on it, to me not a good sign that things are taken care of
