Sucked no swimming pools three times I’ve stayed & there!!! It’s always down for repairs!!!!

Keys barely worked and had to be replaced multiple times. No one came to look at the lock mechanism or offered any other solution other than to keep giving us new keys. TV worked only intermittently. I notified front desk on evening of our arrival but this was not fixed anytime during our 3 day stay. Bathroom was dirty with hair on back of the door. Bathtub drained VERY slowly. This issue was also brought to front desk attention upon arrival but was never addressed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

The hotel was in rough shape. We stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament for 1 night and it was ROUGH! Our room had mold in the corner of the ceiling, our shower didn’t drain, and it was very musty. The pool was also out of order which was frustrating. I understand that this is an economy hotel but it felt like standards were extremely lacking and it’s concerning!

My main complaint was how dirty my room was along with toilet issues that caused it to overflow and when I called the front desk, all that could be done is them bring me a plunger so that I could fix it myself. The floors were filthy, spider webs all throughout my room, black mold inside the shower along with the bathroom counter and mirror I cleaned myself in order to use to get ready for a funeral; which is why I was there. I’ll never stay here again, sorry but I can’t in good faith write a good review on this hotel due to how bad it was. I now wish I would have booked elsewhere. Also just and an FYI, the pool and hot tub that are indoors are apparently broken! So I would definitely call before you decide to book for either of those reasons. I was and am VERY disappointed and concerned about how filthy the room was because management isn’t on top of it! My advice, pick another hotel! Also, if you’re wondering why I didn’t ask for a refund and go find another hotel, I drove all day and had booked online and had enough time to unload my car, jump in the shower, get ready and head out for another hour drive to the service. I didn’t even know the toilet had issues until later that night when I got back and was in my night clothes and went to use it to pee… Not much toilet paper was used and it wouldn’t go down and instead came up! That’s when I started looking around the bathroom and saw the mold and filth… From there I was on the phone with my husband when I saw all the rest.

Upon arrival we were shown a sign that the pool and hot tub didnt and has not worked in the past few months, this was the main reason we reserved this location, our room looked as though it needed construction, ceiling was hanging, the desk with coffee maker was almost split, our tv wasnt working, the worker inforned ne they were old you had to set hdmi everytime it was turned off, remote back missing..the carpet had tack strips sticking up, i sliced my foot by restroom, and the water for the shower would not turn of completely, it was a constant drip.Horribke experience, sad children.

It would have been nice to know the pool was closed. Also I called them before I booked with Hotel.com and it was higher however when I checked in and out my rate was $18 cheaper had I booked directly. I totally wouldn’t have booked it I knew the pool was closed. Disappointed

First and foremost, we booked at this hotel exclusively for the pool and hot tub. While checking in the receptionist informed us that it has not been open for months and the owners refuse to update the website that the pool is not in service. The side door key slot doesn't work, right next to where we were instructed to park. We noticed that the stairwell door was propped open on different occasions. The fire alarm in our room was disassembled and had no battery. The 2nd floor ice machine was out of service. The fridge in the room would not keep anything cold. There was no laundry bag in the room for dirty clothes (not a huge inconvenience.) Next to all of this, the housekeepers knocked on our door every 20 minutes after 8 am. Check out isn't until 11am, let us sleep. The hallways and elevators smelled awful. The only reason that I am giving this property more than 1 star is because the breakfast was good and the receptionists were great at their jobs and definitely deserve a raise. Long story short if you are expecting a nice relaxing swim and the opportunity to sleep in, book elsewhere. So much false advertising here. I rarely leave bad reviews, because I work in the hospitality industry as well, but I feel like all of this needed to be addressed and not just dumped on the receptionists.

Upset because booked for memorial weekend to be in the pool, pool was closed no reason given no refun available 😢 had to drive to an outside pool and pay extra . Wish they had made it know or at least addressed the situation

Clean and updated room. Breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious. I was very pleased with the offerings.

Pool was broken again. Also went for breakfast at 0800 and there was almost no food. The lady that was working was sitting on her phone in dining area. Went to front desk lady as cook did not speak English and asked when breakfast was over because there was literally 1 piece of bread and sausage. She went and talked with cook and they started cooking.

Its a hotel I've stayed at before, it's ok for the price and location to casinos around. The rooms were ok, but definitely dated. The TVs are older LCDs and the AC in my room was not the best. The restroom was good, beds were good, and the breakfast was good. The hotel overall was good, although the pool was not in working order, and was closed which we were bummed about. The gym smelled of urine, or something nauseating.

I was in the hotel, and the key never open the door, smell horrible and was warm inside, i had a cancel and i need pay the cancellation fee

Room was clean and quiet - and the bed was soooo comfortable! Single lady traveling alone - parking was a bit uncomfortable

For the $ this place is acceptable and that's about it. Tried to remodel wall paper peeling like water damage in bath, tub was nasty. Spend a few more dollars and avoid this place.

There was mold in the bathtub, the toilet howled like a wolf when flushing, the door in room 230 look liked it had been jimmied open and it barely locked, when laying on the bed for about an hour my wife and I started getting itchy and we had to get out of there. Also the ac barely worked and I had to reset the direct tv thing to make the TV work Do not stay here and if you have to don’t let them give you room 230
