The beds desperately needs to change, the mattress were sunken and worn out. Had to request a room change because the beds were terrible worn out. This hotel use to be my first choice, but now I will have to look at some other hotel options

The staff at this location are amazing. Everyone from fromt desk, airport shuttle driver to maintenance was very professional, warm, and welcoming. The hotel is dated and needs updating. They do allow pets, which can be a problem. There was a room next to mine (207) that had dogs that were loud most of the evening and morning. They barked everytime a door slammed or people were talking in the hallway. The lady with the dogs kept yelling at them which didnt help. I wish they didnt allow pets for this reason or had a pet only floor. Will stay here again but request a room far away from any creatures. Im from Missouri and travel alot. The staff at this location alone are why I would come back. 5 star attitudes here and i wish I vould take them with me.

Room was dirty upon arrival, dog urine by door, one elevator working and no pool access. When Expedia was calling for a refund it was a hassle

The room I had was not clean . The pool was closed for repairs and I would have somewhere with a working pool

The good options were great as well as the staff and the bed comfort was also very good as well

The hotel itself gives off a ghetto feeling on the outside. The room was not cleaned properly, it had dirty towels thrown in the closet in the floor. The room had a bad scent. The breakfast was not worth it. They didnt have anything worth goin down for. It looks as if they were scrapping to give a little bread and runny eggs. Horrible absolutely not worth it

As soon and we got our Keys. We went to go to our rooms still full of trash and not yet cleaned. We got moved to another room which was fine, but as soon as I was about to shower we checked our towels and some still had hairs on them. They were able to fix the issues. Another bad thing was that we heard a lot of people outside and a lot of smell of weed in the parking lot but nothing crazy.

We have been coming to this hotel for a few years for a pre-cruise overnight stay but most likely never again. Upon arrival we were told that the pool was closed and there was no compensation. There was also an abundance of marijuana smokers and smoke coming from adjoining rooms and smoking out under the gazebo that is next to the lake. The breakfast has also deteriorated and quite frankly the hotel looks like it is catering to section 8 housing.

I booked this trip last minute the hotel just needs a update a fresh coat of paint and a some maintenance hotel amenities like the pool was close during my stay, other than that the staff was A1 they helped me when my key didn't work or moved my room when the ac was cold .3/5 would stay again .

I like the option of having a breakfast and a shuttle to the airport.

The location! The short distance from the airport, the quiet and peaceful surroundings, and the beautiful property. The convenience of all the major stores and restaurants, including a movie theater. The price is fantastic.

We called ahead about a hour al let the wonderful man at the front desk know we were going to be in town about 45 minutes early, he said no problem at all we will have something ready for you! Room smelled and appeared clean, VERY outdated, very noisy and annoying ac unit. Bathroom had what appeared to be dried blood or hair dye spattered on the wall. Shower head was really built up with hard water calcium causing the water to spray in every which way and direction. Elevator is extremely slow! More the once we opted to take the stairs from the 5th floor. Breakfast didn’t look too appealing, good coffee though! The pool was being renovated the day after we checked in so it promising that upgrades are in the works for the building…I hope

It’s reasonably priced. Breakfast is descent.

The pool was dirty, unusable. The inside of hotel was not clean. The shower in the room was dripping. The breakfast was poor- same food everyday and in limited amounts.

We stayed here after a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The room is a great value for the price. The bathroom was a little run down, but it was very very clean, which is all that matters to me. The breakfast was good as well. Very satisfied overall!

Bueno mi experiencia no fue tam buena en primer lugar la pisina estuvo cerrada y cuando uno queria entrar en ella y en otra el aire del cuarto no en friaba y no pudiero resolver esa situación y tu que pasar el tiempo con calor en cuarto todo lo demas estuvo bien. Y ala hora de hacer el check out no lo registraron en el sistema y tuve que llamar para ver pq querian cobrarme hora extra cuando uo sali con muchísimo tiempo
