It was a unique old building. Could use some updating. Food was expensive but not worth the price, not much else available nearby. Had to pay for beds or tables at the pool.

Excellent location, highly recommended

Super clean, well maintained, well organized, exceptional service. Very traditional facility, oozing its golf heritage. Dining options are upscale. Ito city is a short can ride for small casual dining - sushi, sashimi, fish for reasonable price. The courses are beautiful and well deserving of the reputation.

Golf course is great. Hotel is like an old haunted house. Old room that was last updated in the 60’s. All resort amenities were old and some were non functional. Weeds and grass was growing over everything. You had to march through the weeds to get to the three swimming pools that were not working and had no pool furniture. Very strange “resort” by American standards. Dinner service was very good but you had to walk through an old dying building to get to it.

Beautiful views, incredible service, and loved the private onsen. Highly recommend! The only area for improvement would be if the spa could open earlier. It’s a shame it doesn’t open until 4pm and I was stuck for something to do while my other half played golf!

Historic Ibsen in a beautiful setting. Excellent service. Two outstanding golf courses. East train ride from Tokyo.

Two hours before our arrival we received an email telling us that the hotel was closed because of no water. They placed us in a very basic hotel and great difficulty getting to the go,f course at a Kawana the next day.

It was a nice stay at the Kawana hotel. We wished there were more dinning options around the hotel that did not require taxi service but we enjoyed our excursions to ito. The rooms were well appointed but air conditioning left more to desired not enough cold air. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

今回の滞在では嬉しいことにお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、オーシャンビューの広々とした客室に宿泊できました。窓一面に広がる海の景色はまさに絶景で、時間を忘れて眺めていられるほど。今までガーデンビューだったので、カテゴリー違いを感じることができた。次回からはオーシャンビューに泊まろうと思う。 特に印象的だったのはスタッフの対応。以前よりも全体的にサービスレベルが大幅に向上しており、フロントからレストラン、そして清掃スタッフに至るまで、皆さんの丁寧で温かみのある接客に心が和みました。清掃スタッフの方の細やかな気配りも素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は歴史を感じさせる古さも残っていますが、それが逆に“味”となり、川奈ホテルならではのクラシカルな魅力を引き立てています。新しさや豪華さだけでは味わえない、特別な時間と贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテルだと改めて感じました。 総じて、景色・サービス・雰囲気のすべてが揃った滞在で、またぜひ再訪したいと思います。

海が見渡せる部屋で最高によかったです。展望台にも登ることをお奨めします。

今年は2度訪れましたが、川奈ホテルのスタッフさんは皆いつも気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいます。近くには海もありますし、ホテルにプールもあるので子連れの方には満足かと思います。 子供が大きくなったらゴルフコースもまわってみたいと思っています。

子供たちが小さいころから泊まりに行っているので、近くに海もあり、ホテルにプールもあるので非常に便利です。 ただ、今回プールに行ったら飛び込み台に体重制限ができていたり、水着の脱水機が無くなっていたりと少し不便になっていたとこが残念でした。それ以外はスタッフの皆さんも変わらずサービスがよく満足でした。

歴史あるホテルなので、設備が古い所がありますが、スタッフの方が親切で清掃も行き届いてました。また、利用したいです。

落ち着いたホテルでゆっくり時間が流れるのを楽しめました。

日の出の時間に合わせて10分前から浴場が利用できるサービスに感動しました。露天風呂のお湯から海まで繋がって見える設計が素晴らしかったです。年配のお客さんが多く、全体的に静かで落ち着いて利用できました。お部屋から見えるゴルフコースと海の景色もとても綺麗でした。 ディナーも伊豆半島ならではの海の幸のメニューも多く楽しめました。どのお料理も美味しかったです。朝食もゆっくり取れてよかったです。 細かなところでは、客室に洗面台が３つあるところが良かったと思います。女性同士ですと何かとかち合ったりしてしまうもので。お土産屋さんが午前11時に閉まってしまうと知らず、行けなかったことが残念でした。

久しぶりにクラシックホテルに滞在して、昔はいろんな意味で豊かだったのだと感じ入りました。
