Very enjoyable stay and food was excellent

If you can avoid this hotel, I'd recommend you did, we changed rooms because the first one was tiny plus the base of the bed was filthy, second room bigger but bed was like something that came off Noahs Ark, talk about passion killer, the bed squeaked just by looking at it, back broke as it was so uncomfortable, meal was horrible. We had booked for 2 nights but left after the first, when checking out noone wanted to know why we were leaving a day early,honestly stay clear.

Nice hotel downstairs, rooms a little dated Reception staff not overly friendly. Spa staff nice but it shuts at 5. 45pm which is a shame as on a wk nd it would be nice to chill after a meal. Corridors noisy with drunks coming back from Richmond presumably,so bring ear plugs.

Went to visit my son and stayed here it was lovely nice clean beds comfy we also had food while there and was delicious will definitely using this hotel everytime i go visit my son I also had the breakfast in my room everything fresh. I honestly dont have 1 complaint would definitely recommend

1-night stay for a business trip. This hotel is in a convenient location right on the Scotch Corner junction. Room was clean and as expected, easy parking. The restaurant was OK for both breakfast and dinner, not fine dining but decent enough. I recommend this one over the next Holiday Inn further north.

Room was clean but a little dated. Peeling paint in the bathroom and a very low toilet! A busy hotel so don't expect a quiet stay!

Breakfast choice was good, service was great. Good value stay for the 3 nights. Cleanliness could be improved. The bedding wasn't changed, even though it visibly needed to be. Given a larger room due to having a travel cot. Travel cot provided was great standard. Overall, happy with the stay.

Lovely staff, excellent room, spotlessly clean. Lovely meal in the restaurant quite reasonably priced. Reception staff very knowledgeable.

Fantastic hotel. Pool isn’t in the actual hotel so we didn’t try it, but the hotel is great. Very clean, very helpful staff, very comfortable.

Hotel is very nice. Room and customer areas are spotless. Room is comfortable, though you can hear the road noise quite a bit. Staff are very friendly and helped me with the projector in the conference room. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you

The staff were the highlight of the stay. They were friendly, kind, caring and the community spirit was evident throughout every interaction. They were a real team. At a time when there was heavy staff, staff had walked half a mile leaving their car behind just so they could come into work and open up the gym and pool. It made our stay all the more special. Unfortunately the food menu was reduced and the restaurant was closed as there had been a problem with gas supply for the last week which hadn't been fixed. I had been looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant and having the sea bass. But the alternatives were lovely just not what I really wanted.
