I booked two rooms for our stay for 2 nights. Unfortunately, both bathrooms had a strong musty smell mixed with the odor of curry and urine. It seemed like food odors had lingered in the bathrooms as well. They need a much more thorough cleaning, especially the floors, which should be mopped with an antibacterial disinfectant. We also had an unpleasant experience at the swimming pool. My daughter and my niece were swimming when two ladies who were conducting swimming lessons asked us to use only half of the pool. As paying hotel guests, we expected to have full access to the pool or, at the very least, to be informed in advance if a portion of it would be reserved for lessons. We checked out early morning at 4am as we need to catch the Ferry. Overall, I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and better manages shared amenities so future guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.

Hot tub is still not functioning we stayed there two years ago and the jets were broken and still are broken

My family stayed here from July 11 to July 15. On the very first day, our kids went to pool and in couple of minutes my daughter came to me with a cut oozing blood on her right foot because of a piece of glass (photos attached)on the floor pool. I reached to the reception, the girls reacted professionally, and stated they’ll inform the management as well but no-one even met us after. There was another family with infants in pool, and I personally informed them about the incident. Right after, the girls closed the pool because of unsafe safety concerns. That shouldn’t happen to anyone. We were accompanied by my friends family as well. Their room wasn’t even cleaned on July 12 when we came back in the evening when it should’ve been cleaned by then. They had told us they would do room service everyday. Also, the washroom in the room has no sink, just a shower and toilet. The sink is outside and practically in the room. Because of this “design”, it is and looks very unhygienic. Basically if we can give them ZERO star then we can.

Arrived and was greeted by very nice staff, hotel was very clean, pool & hot tub were clean. Hot tub has jets but they don’t work so it’s more of a warm tub. Breakfast was outstanding, it’s in the restaurant right beside the hotel, very nice selections, eggs-scrambled & hard boiled-many different selections of bread for toast, pancakes, waffle machine, sausage links, 4 different cereals, fruits, muffins & bagels, juices & coffee. The hotel pool is not cold. Staff were quite informative of information and directions for us tourists. Also great location, lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

All around pleasant experience. Breakfast is in an attached restaurant building. Very well done. Choices kind of pedestrian but good quality and good amount. Room was not exactly a full kitchen set up but short only a heating element. Small dishwasher was a real surprise. Very good area not all surrounding areas are good walking (front of the building faces highway and no sidewalk), and this affects the actual entry into the hotel. When coming from the east you enter in the back. From the west Itty is ink the street. Large, well appointed, good parking. When you check in unload your car, there are only two entrances which I appreciate but it does require planning for loading and unloading.

Clean. Rooms were very clean Amenities are near Good breakfast Front desk staff was very rude when we checked in When I ask her questions she sighs and dont wanna answer my questions. Not happy with her job I guess.

Mattresses are worn out. Bathroom was bit small to our liking. rest is fine.

We booked three rooms at this hotel for our family stay on June 26, 2026, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Everyone in our family gave me a hard time for choosing this hotel because it did not meet even our basic expectations. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom design. There was no sink inside the bathroom; the sink was located outside, which was very inconvenient and impractical for families. In addition, several basic bathroom supplies, including liquid hand soap, were missing when we arrived. To make matters worse, our children were frightened after finding ants and spiders inside the bathroom. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years but we’ve never experienced conditions like this. The lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and poor room setup made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to other families.

The room was not structurally good . Washrooms doesn’t have the sink area this is weird.and the shower curtain was ripped, tub was too old . I give 4 out of 10 rating

Perfect for our needs. Water pressure could be better

Found a German Cockroach in our room. Manager claimed it was only a "stinkbug" and harmless. Posted and spoke to many professionals and they all declared it was a German roach and they're the really bad infesting ones. Would've been happier if they just took basic accountability for it instead of telling my fianceé we must have brought it WITH US.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and nice upscale continental breakfast woth hot food. Will stau again.
