1 pillow has blood stain and 1 pillow has molded, black spot all over. The toilet seat and cover were old, seemed like 1 of the screw was missing. Since we travel with children, this was not very pleasant. When we turned on the water, it splash out yellowish colors. I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall, our stay was okay. We stayed for one night during a cross-country move with our cat. Staying with a pet was easy, we payed a $25 fee. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was generally clean. Breakfast was decent, with warm options including egg patties, sausage links, and waffles. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. One of the beds had pillowcases with visible stains and dirt, and the towels had brown discoloration from what appeared to be old stains. Additionally, the bathroom door did not close properly.

When we entered, there were cleaning rags left in the room. Water was turned off in the afternoon without any warning. I’m assuming to fix some plumbing issue. Thank goodness we weren’t using the shower when they decided to turn it off. Drain in the tub was broken, had to prop it open with a washcloth

This property was way below what Expedia had it rated. Internet did not work, many things in the room did not work. I’m beginning to not trust Expedia with reservations.

Staff is not attentive. We stayed for 2 nights and the next morning we ate breakfast and left. And come to find out they never came to the room to get fresh towels. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. And when we asked the front desk they said housekeeping left and we asked for some towels that we never received. Really bad customer service. The lobby floors were supper muddy and lobby was not clean. Staff acted like they didn’t care.

We loved the large gym and pool. Beds were comfortable. Room had everything we needed. We did not make it to breakfast.

Good budget value hotel. Good for short stays. Clean room, very good water pressure in shower. Large breakfast area but food options at 8 am on a Tuesday were very limited, a few egg patties, and sausage links that were probably the last of what was put out at 6am. They did have bread, bagels and muffins. A waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, and a choice of an orange or an apple. Front desk staff were friendly. Hot tub seemed like it needed a good scrub.
