It was cleaner than I expected, bed was comfortable, walks are very thin, for the price and what is available in this town it worked.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The door from the parking lot did not have a lock on it. The room was clean but the air conditioner made a loud knocking sound every time it turned on. The breakfast was questionable so we chose to eat elsewhere.

There was hair on the bathroom counter that did not belong to us. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were packed with months of yucky buildup and the corner behind the bathroom door was really gross with a lot of dirt.

Planned a family trip to Nauvoo, IL. The location was relatively close and very convenient. Walmart and gas station across the street. We booked a room that slept at five. This room did not. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable air conditioning had issues room was either too hot or too cold. Morning, hotel staff was never at front desk and was always in their hotel room.

Good property for a short stay. Very helpful front desk. Room has all amenities. It has been renovated but still some areas will need attention (toilet, sofa, etc). Overall an OK stay for a night or two

Property could use work. A bad window seal was making noise when the wind blew hard and the mattress was pretty hard but otherwise not bad. For the price it was fine.

Fast check-in. Large room.

Place was run down, drywall and plaster pealing, showers backing up and not draining properly, not taken care of.

The was a cricket in the shower

We stayed in a very large family style room which was great. The hotel is outdated and has the smell of embedded smoke.

This is the nicest Super 8 I've ever been to, and I've been doing a lot of traveling recently! Will absolutely be back in the future.

The staff is very nice and helpful; when the dryer did not /would not dry my clothes I was permitted to use the hotel's big dryer to dry them. That way I did not loose time nor quarters.

I stayed here a few years ago and it has gone downhill a bit. Decent breakfast.

Immediately arriving we felt as if we were annoying the front desk the attitude was immediate then we had a issue with them trying to double charge me and when brought to their attention acted as if the didn't know or understand and it was quite obvious they did then the hidden fees for our pet and they are definitely not PET FRIENDLY and also wouldn't accept my documents stating my pet was a emotional support animal the room was absolutely horrible old and outdated we were afraid to use the shower the wall was caving in and patched up with tape the toilet had mold at the base the cleaning staff had attitudes when asked for service we were a family of 4 staying for 4 days of course we needed towels etc. That was an issue just a very horrible experience ...a little respect goes a long way..
