Just DON’T.

Upon arrival my reserved room was not available due to maintenance issues that could have been resolved by owner. I had to locate a different hotel at 2:30 am.

I’m sorry but even the towels and sheets were disgusting. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The fixetures were broken and very dirty.

Ok for a nights rest

Well I booked a non smoking king size bed and she first said she didn’t have any then said I have one on the first floor we went to our room and it smelled like smoke on the website says breakfast but they don’t very misleading the room needs the ac fixed it has a gap in the wall and the sun shines through other than that it was ok I guess

Nothing it was dirty and mold was all over the walls

Booked on hotels.con. got there and they had 2 rooms. 1 had a broke toilet and the other didnt have a ac that was working couldnt talk to anyone with hotels.com just ai chat boxes. Said it would take 5-7 days to get my refund.

Very nice room I was actually trying to make it there tonight but bad storms ahead I had to stop driving earlier than expected I highly recommend this motel best rates of the trip very safe area no problems with anything the staff was exceptionaly nice

No breakfast which hotels.com said there would be. The management and staff were great, though.

Hot room and air conditioner not cooling off

There was roaches bad and running across the room at night

Not well maintained. Bedding had stains on it. The wall had a hole that was patched very poorly. Sink in the bathroom was cracked. Not breakfast. Hallway walls were all scraped up.

I was originally given a room that was all taken apart. The cabinets and fridge were pulled away from the wall and there was a sticky trap with bugs on top of the cabinet. The bed did not have sheets, the tank was off of the toilet and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. I tried to get a refund but they would not do it. They gave me another room but it was still not very clean

The rooms and hallway smelled badly like smoke and airfreshener. The walls were stained and holes patched with globes of wall putty. The toilet in one of the rooms was plugged up and the drains smelled like sewer. They advertized a continental breakfast, but have not had one since covid. I would not recommend this hotel for any price.

I gave the service three stars because of the workers at this check-in desk. They tried to do their best. With an owner that’s nonexistent and that allows their kin that works for them to run their business into the ground and not do repairs but keep renting rooms that smell like sewage and toilets in handicap rooms that rock when you sit on them is pretty sad. When you go to the desk and try and explain what’s going on in your room and CJ tells you go away when you ask for ice and they tell you, the ice machine has been broke for months because the people that stay there put ice in their ice chest, which doesn’t make sense. I feel an excuse They make ice ice, trays and baguette and give you 5 to 6 pieces of ice in each bag and when you ask for more, they act like you’re asking for too much. The air conditioner vents were filthy. I had to put a dryer sheet inside the air conditioner vent just to make the room smell good and buy a little house standalone room refresher to make the room smell good as well as spray room refresher. They said there was no smoke in the hotel however, when I went to leave, I could smell pot being smoked in the hallway and when I asked about it, Lisa nonchalantly said I don’t know. I was there for a week and a half the week that I was in the sewage smelling room. My room never got cleaned. However, I asked for it to be cleaned twice. I only got it vacuumed once I had to beg for towels, which were very dingy old and flimsy and needed to be replaced.

The ads said that they served a full breakfast, but they only served coffee. There was a large geoup of drunken men outside the entrance to the rooms.

Rooms keys have to be re-programmed daily sometimes 2 times a day. Do not clean unless beg them to clean. Took my own garbage out. Toilet in my room was NOT connected to the floor, teetered when using it. Towels VERY VERY old, not fluffy, not white, and NOT soft. No common ice maker. They have ice tray in the office, then bag the ice and we have to ask for it. The advertise for breakfast, NOPE!, Laundry has been down down for 4 days had to go off property to do my laundry. This hotel is run down, NO regular employees and the one lady they did have I seen the most was most pleasant. The other with walker not so much. The owner is not present in and on his property. I went to collage for property management and this hotel needs help, not relatives helping out with bad attitudes and NO PEOPLE SKILLS! Ask at desk about weekly rates, they are NOT forthcoming. THE BED IS COMFORTABLE, BEST IN MY TRAVELS

Real easy to go down old 66 into Elk City. No breakfast but they had coffee. We stayed there two nights, reasonable rate for this hotel.

There was no coverage at the front deck. There was a sign to call a number as she was cleaning rooms. There was also a note stating breakfast is no longer served. They also do not have decaf coffee when they do have coffee made. Hotel could use a refresher
