Had a great overnight stay with the family. We were delayed getting into Boston and the staff were a great welcoming change to our chaotic first leg on the trip. Steve and the rest of the staff were super helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Two adults and 2 kids under ten slept hard in the dark room. Breakfast was great too, and a strong cup of coffee out the door. It was a great recovery for the rest of our trip. Looking forward to coming back again!

The room and toilet were very clean. The hot breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to Boston. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Good prices for Boston. Breakfast was okay-good depending on the items you eat. We got a renovated room which was absolutely gorgeous. Always someone around to help if needed

Water pressure was fabulous! Room was clean, we were in the older section of the hotel. I hope they plan on remodeling. Compared to our friends room in the new wing our bathroom was small and cramped and no room to put anything on the counter. What I found really weird was there are no towel racks to hang your wet towels. Only the one that is IN the shower. My husband took a shower first and when it was my turn my towels were damp from the shower. So irritating not to have a place to hang towels. A towel rack in the shower does not work. No place to hang a hand towel. Because of all of this it made the bathroom just a chore to use. Please if you’re going to remodel rethink your bathrooms! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My sister in law had just lost her husband and we were there to bury him. The staff helped her with her luggage and the urn, and even found a place in their hotel fridge for the flowers for the ceremony. Like I said…incredibly kind.
