Just a sad place that is evidently on a glide path to closing down. It’s obvious they have no budget, ironing board broken and left in pieces, room phone wouldn’t work, shelves bare.

The property was not well maintained. Multiple light switches did not work. There were water stains on the ceiling and the wardrobe smelled of mildew. There were also very few outlets in the room and the ones that were present were loose and plugs would easily fall out. I stayed for multiple nights (5) and did not see nor hear from room service until my last night.

We had to get 2 roome at the last minute our A/C went out so it was close and affordable. Nice,clean rooms and the staff was friendly as well will be going back just to get away for a few days

I didn't like having to make a $100 deposit, on a room that needs remodeling. The room phone don't work, had a hard time getting the remote control to turn the TV off and couldn't get the tv on this morning. There's no pad or cover on the ironing board, someone left the iron filled to the max with water. The window needs cleaning.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. I checked in the the bathroom door is a sliding door one of my friends got stuck in the room i asked be changed to another room without sliding door she the front desk put me in the next door room (which the door was already open) still same thing.. That next morning i go to that next room (the door was open) to make sure we didn't leave anything i goes in the bathroom with my items and used the restroom(#1) to hear the GENERAL MANAGER knocking at the bathroom to tell me i have to pay for this room and that I'm stealing. I told him no and was told he would press charges and call the police. Which the general manager called the police for NOTHING. I wasn't able to get a refund the cops were rude the general manager was rude me and my friends was told to get our things and leave mind you we drove over 10 hrs now soon as i leave the general manger runs my card to try to charge me for the other room WHICH is illegal

This hotel fails to inform you of a $100 deposit that is refundable after check out. I wasn’t pleased to have to pay deposit after I’ve already paid for the room so the front desk clerk calls the manager because I didn’t have the hundred dollars to stay so she calls because they did initially swipe my card for this room to be paid for. So he tells me pretty much there’s nothing he can do about it, other than refund my money and I would have to deal with Expedia which means I wouldn’t have my money back on my card so I end up getting the money and paying to stay because it’s just really close by the freeway and it says that it comes with all these different amenities and nothing of that has been right. The elevator does not have a license stating it’s been tested and it’s safe. There also isn’t any breakfast so don’t book this hotel if you think there is breakfast because I was fooled. I called multiple times to the front desk and never got an answer. There was also nobody there when I first got there either and I waited 1015 minutes for someone to recognize that I was even in the hotel and was trying to check in. The beds are nice. The furniture is nice but far as the people go no. I wasn’t pleased with the manager wanting to know my business and still not offering to waive the hundred dollar fee that I know he can do. He was just being nosy if he wasn’t going to do his job. I’m not pleased with the front desk nor they’re not being any breakfast available. It’s a lot of fals
