Love this hotel. Bringing my mum who is wheelchair-bound. The hotel was very prompt in arranging a wheelchair-accessible room for us and connecting it with another room. Good arrangement and very prompt reply. Really appreciate it. The rooms were of a good size. The family felt cozy in it. The location is great, with a link bridge to Takashimaya, which is easy for us to bring my mum around. There are many eateries and Family Mart nearby. It's very near to Shinjuku attractions and shopping streets. However, breakfast is the same every day and has limited variety. It can be boring after a few days. Overall, very good service and hospitality. Will go back again if bringing my mum.

Good location, 5 mins walk to Shinjuku station via level 2 exit. Check-in was straightforward and fuss-free. Room was a very good size by Japan standard.

The room was spacious, with a stunning view of Tokyo and Shinjuku. The breakfast menu was basic, not very appealing to us international travelers. Perhaps this could be improved, considering the price of adding breakfast is quite expensive.
