Just the Indian food missing. Else everything bang on spot. It's the best hotel in Busan. Service staff were courteous. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for any subsequent Busan trip.

Check-in starts at 2 PM, we arrived ahead of time and were able to deposit our baggage with the concierge first. The check-in process was smooth, the front desk will request a room deposit payable by either cash or an authorization on a payment card. The room is well-equipped, the air-conditioning and hot showers work well. The bed was comfortable, and it looks like there is also a pillow menu. Housekeeping also did a great job. Check-out is at 11 AM. Use of the fitness center/gym is free, and we were informed that use of the swimming pool or sauna comes at an additional charge. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Convenient location with direct access to Seomyeon underground mall & Lotte Mall. 20 mins away from airport. Love the rain shower with strong water pressure. Unlike some hotels with centralised temperature control, you can adjust room temperature to individual preference. Cons: Bed was too firm while pillows were too flat. Some towels were fraying at the sides. Additional charge to use swimming pool.

Luxury hotel not far from Myeongdong area, complete facilities, spacious rooms, direct access to the mall.

Every amenity needs to pay. Not worth to stay.

Very nice, the room is very clean, the location is good, everything is very nice.

Booking is difficult if the promotion price or the price. This is displayed on the web and the app is empty. But the reservation is really busy. The price is quite high. But breakfast is not included with flammable. It is not worth the price.
