Great place

Staff was very friendly and hotel was in a great location. It was a beautiful and short walk to Zocalo. Stores, banks, and monuments also walking distance. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, but thats just personal preference. We would stay here again.

The food in the Restaurant was very bad!

Cuándo llegamos, no había luz era a las 9:30 de la noche les pedí una lámpara y no nos facilitaron nada que no tenía Otro día, pedi servicio al cuarto de cenar sólo hay de las 11 de la noche a las seis de la mañana. Esperé hasta las 11 para hablar hable a las 11:05 y me dijeron estamos en cambio de turno. Puede hablar en cinco minutos más, OK, hablo y le pedí unos molletes con un café con leche y me contestaron que no tenían leche dije OK cuánto tiempo se tarda en entregármelo en mi cuarto me dijeron 30 minutos, les dije no quiero nada cancelo todo.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Pool was fun.

Habitaciones poco confortables, aire acondicionado viejo y sin funcionar bien, internet pésimo, se fue la energía, ascensores malisimos, lo único bueno el desayuno

I was very happy with my stay at Casa Blanca. Location was great, room and hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next trip.

The room was neat and clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. It was unclear where to find the fitness room there seem to be confusion or misunderstanding about whether or not the pool was open. The room was very warm despite adjustments to the temperature control. However it was cooler in other areas of the hotel. The staff were accommodating for any concerns that we brought up. There were times at the housekeeper, didn’t replace the hand towel or the washcloths and we’re not sure why. Room service was fast.

The breakfast was very good had different variety of plates, staff was very friendly when we arrived to breakfast. I would take my own blanket and towels and check the bathroom and towels when arriving. Our toilet seat was very dirty (had poop stains) aswell as the sink ( yellow marks around). The bathroom towels had yellow stains on them.We left a day earlier do to just guest being so loud throughout the night but am glad we tried the breakfast.

Hotel is nice, very good standard of cleanliness. Room was very nice, if a little small. Staff friendly & helpful, we requested extra pillows & were given them. Breakfast very good, good location. Happy with the hotel all round, had a comfortable stay.

This was a great place to stay! It's in a really good location with many things to see and do around. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful! Only downside was that the pool was out of service during our stay but I would still recommend this place for a visit to CDMX!

Location great, rooms great, staff great

Room clean nice.The bedding so stiff. The bed was the hardest I have ever been on. Very uncomfortable sleeps. The pillows are something I have never slept on before , over 10lbs in weight hard as a rock , leaving your neck very very sore.. The air was so dry , no air control Front desk staff were helpful and kind, I left after five days very sore. The hotel staff restaurant, especially Freddie and Francisco, were absolutely a joy and very attentive. The location was great

Great stay. Staff let us check in super early and our room was bigger than the photos. Very clean. Only thing is that the walls are a bit then so you can hear people in the room next door, but if you’re a heavy sleeper it is not bad!

Great week-long stay in this hotel. Lovely amenity is the pool on the roof. Walking distance to a number of neighborhoods each with lots to see, do, and eat. Breakfast was generous and staff was attentive and friendly. Room was very clean.
