Breakfast menu was excellent, so I recommend to pay extra for this. The staff at the restaurant are amazing.

The hotel property is well maintained, some of the interior is the original 1960’s infrastructure. The rooms are updated with modern touch. The staff were all kind and helpful. It’s a great location to explore CDMX.

Location and spacious room

The place was nice. The picture had a sauna in it but there was no sauna. Additionally, when I checked out, I was stuck in traffic and had to check out late, and even though I was charged only for a half day, it still was the same price as a full day.

Hotel was perfectly fine and the location allowed us to walk to sites in historical center. The immediate surrounding not great at all.

This was my second time here, and it was again amazing. Room was pristine - was very lucky to be on the top floor so the street noise didn’t bother me at night - and service from staff impeccable and prompt. Breakfast was also amazing. I absolutely loved how they had a filtered water fountain in the lobby to fill my water bottles, saved a bit of $$ from buying water bottles when exploring during the day. Will always stay at this hotel when traveling to CDMX!!

Hotel is clean and confortable, however it is very noisy you can heat the conversations in the room next door and all the noise from the street, restaurant is terrible: food, service and price, don’t ever think about having breakfast there!

great staff. They accommodated all our needs. Whenever we asked for something (extra towels, extra pillows) staff brought it to our room. They were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was great. Only thing was the queen Size bed was way smaller than average. Room was also very small.
