A truly satisfying stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, facilities were complete, and the location was strategic, close to many interesting places. Will definitely come back again!

Stayed here twice during our Japan holiday — 2 nights at the beginning of the trip and another 5 nights before heading home. While the hotel is not the newest property in Tokyo, its location is excellent, with direct access to Ikebukuro Station, shopping, dining, and transportation. The staff were consistently professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The main drawback is room size. For three adults, the standard rooms felt quite compact. Moving to a larger room would require upgrading to a suite, which comes with a significantly higher price point. Would I stay here again? Possibly. The convenience and service are strong reasons to return, although I may also explore other hotels offering more spacious rooms for three guests. Overall, a reliable and comfortable base for exploring Tokyo. 🇯🇵✨

Overall pleasant stay, twin room is spacious for us. Daily housekeeping was okay, except there was one day bottled water was not provided. Distance is the plus point, very near to Lumine, Jr station, and there is a Family Mart a few steps away.

The room facilities are outdated and often malfunctioning. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to choose a different hotel, as you can easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Friendly staff made our stay pleasant. It was an added bonus that the staff can speak English. The hotel is near the Ikebukuro Station, making transportation very accessible.

Hotel near the station, just a 5-minute walk; and of course, the limousine bus stop is at the hotel. Yeeaay Really comfortable hotel, the room is clean, the staff are very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and will be our choice if we travel to Japan next time.

The location is strategic because it's next to the train station. There is a small convenience store inside this building, and there is a Family Mart not far from there. We are very satisfied with this hotel and have been staying for 3 times so far.

The hotel is literally located right across from Ikebukuro Station, one of the stations in Tokyo served by the JR Yamanote Line. This makes it convenient for traveling around Tokyo. The airport shuttle also stops right in front of the hotel, making travel to the airport easy and affordable. On top of that, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and the service is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel!

The rooms are nice clean and quite spacious. I brought 3 people with 5 luggage cases. The location of the hotel is very close to malls and train and subway stations. Also easy to find halal food. More importantly, there are buses to Haneda Airport. So really support the traveler.
