Fabulous hotel!! Location is city central and close to the train station. Staff were first class and rooms were amazing!

Absolutely stunning hotel it is stones throw from train station. The Met has been refurbished to the highest standard and in keeping with the original interiors. We were greeted in a friendly manner we had drinks in the Gott bar until our room was ready. Our room was gorgeous with even a mini fridge with fresh milk n two cans of water …our room has air con the best shower system I’ve had in a hotel we also got a good nights sleep.We had an evening meal which was reasonably priced I would recommend the ham croquettes & lamb flatbread with chips. Breakfast is served from 7.30 at the weekend is mind blowing with all food on offer again I recommend the fruit compote & the strawberry smoothie for starters the hot food was delicious the bacon was good quality we will definitely be back in the future on our next visit to Leeds

Clean, modern room with lovely amenities and supplies. However, the windows have been overlooked in the refurb and let all the noise in from outside.

Fabulous hotel. Really nicely refurbished, tastefully decorated and well looked after. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. Everything you would expect to be provided is, toiletries, water, little snacks. We’ve stayed twice now and will 100% be returning, genuinely can’t fault this hotel, one of my favourites! Breakfast is lovely too, good range and high quality.

Great say, love this hotel and staff. Only issue was terrible shower pressure in room 606.

We travelled on a very hot day! On returning to the room the thermostat showed it was 25 degrees . We put it to 18 degrees which was the lowest it could go. It took 2 hours to cool the room by a degree and 12 hours later had only managed 2 degrees. Fans should be provided as the air con is not fit for purpose Finishing in some areas was messy (corner of cornice fitted upside down ,corners of flooring not finished ) Beautiful building though & friendly staff,great location too

Spotless clean, good amenities, helpful staff. The only comment would be that there could have been a small cupboard/cabinet to house the iron and ironing board and possibly to place a bag on. Appreciate that space is a premium so may not always possible.

Visited with my wife for a night away with no kids to celebrate her Birthday. Excellent experience right from check in to check out. Really friendly and professional staff including the cleaning team. The room was spotless, with a great shower and coffee making facilities. Best nights sleep I have had in a very long time. If we ever come through to Leeds again and need to stay over, this will be my first choice. Highly recommended.

Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised. There are less than 20 spaces which are already full at the 3pm check in time, so I wasted 20 minutes finding somewhere else. Despite all that- would stay again at under £150 on a weekend.

As we checked in nearly 10:30 PM after a long journey, the receptionist was struggling a bit to give us the necessary needed information regarding to check in and it was a bit hard to understand his accent ! Usually, the front liner or receptionist, should a person that has a capability and talent of communication and be sociable to give a good vibe and experation of first moment of visiting a new place. The given information was not enough and we tried to ask the receptionist about where we can park? where we should go for breakfast? what is the breakfast time ? Where is the resturant? how can we use the lift ( access control , needs room card ) ? and so on .... But the Resurant staff were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast. the resturant and desing was so elegant and modern....

Small bedroom, but very clean (newly refurbished) and great shower. Breakfast OK - fruit good, but cooked breakfast had been hanging around. Great location in the centre of town. Would consider booking again.

We stayed in a deluxe that seemed to be smaller than a standard double. The room felt crammed on at the end of the hallway. When I questioned it, I was told that all the deluxe rooms are different sizes but still bigger than a standard. Honestly, the bed only just fit in the room. The view was of a fire escape. Lovely hotel except for our particular room.

Great hotel! Very conveniently located for the train station and Leeds City Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for a stay in Leeds.
