The spa and the hot tub was very beautiful and clean, and the staff was so friendly helpful. The room was so clean comfortable and was easy to find the way how to use public transportation from the airport going to the hotel

It's a pleasant hotel located in a quiet well connected area. Breakfast was average and repetitive, with low quality cold cuts and sausages. No fried eggs or omelettes. Plates were not heated and warm food gets cold. Spa area sometimes becomes lawless with adults and children throwing ball in pools. Lack of warning signs. People speaking very loud disturbing others

Worth of money as well as very beautiful hotel and easy to access transport. The spa is amazing and if I'm in Budapest again I would loved to come back again. Breakfest was amazing 😍 next time I will definitely go for lunchtime or teatime 🥰☺️

I came to Budapest solo for Sziget and picked this hotel based on the location, but it turned out to be so much more than just convenient. The staff were genuinely incredible, always smiling and asking how the concerts were. As someone travelling alone, that warmth made me feel instantly at home. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of fresh options and never a moment where you had to fight for the last pastry. My room was spotless every day and the bed was a dream. I even treated myself to the spa one afternoon, which was the perfect reset before another night at the festival. Easy tram connection to Sziget too. I truly couldn’t have asked for better.

My husband and I stayed here during Sziget with some family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location is perfect – public transport is close by, so getting to the festival was quick and easy. The staff were wonderful; always in a good mood, greeting us with a smile and asking how our day had been. Breakfast was a real highlight; everything was so fresh, from the fruit to the pastries, and the hot food was always topped up. Our room was spotless every day, the bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed making use of the spa in between busy festival days.

This was our second year staying here for Sziget. We came back because last year was perfect, and somehow this year it was even better. The staff honestly make this place what it is. They are incredibly welcoming, and rather than dreading how busy the hotel is with the festival just round the corner, they always smiled and even asked about the bands we were seeing, and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel: fresh, varied, and constantly replenished. Our room was immaculate every day, the bed was incredibly comfy, and having the spa to relax in between festival days is such a luxury. It’s only a 25 min walk to Sziget, or a short ride on the very-close-by Hév suburban train to the island, so getting to and from the festival is completely hassle-free. We’ll be back again, no doubt.

Everything was good but I didn’t like when you are sitting and eating your breakfast someone who works there as a stuff came to me and started to ask me about my trip and my room, then I was outside and came back in my room I saw my bag that I was hiding it under my clothes has moved, it was unconvinced for me.

Lets be absolutely honest here, this is a bit of a run down 4 star hotel, with excellent front desk, bar & restaurant staff. Food is very good, service is good and the pools, spa are excellent. Then the rooms.. ohh no!!! We had kids sweets, dirt, chips down the side cusions of the pull out couch. The glass tops to the dressing tables were sticky with finger marks & spills, the sink area had soap drips, marks, scum that was not cleaned daily. Black mould on bedroom wall. We have the photos to prove it. General clenliness of hotel is not good. Lifts with same sticky marks for days, trash bags left in corridors, empty bottles left in your rooms or outside your door and not removed or replenished, even with a managers letter to say free mini bar replenished daily incl snacks!! No!!! We had to call reception everyday but 1 because it was not replenished and no water in room. Housekeeping service is disguisting!! What a shame as Spa, food, bar & restaurant staff were great.

Quiet nice place. Front desk and management hellpful. We enjoyed the quiet on Buda side with access to public transport making it easy to move about Budapest. You have quick access to yellow 1 and H5 geen trams so getting every where is easy. Two things management could improve walls were pretty scratched up in two rooms all that needs to be is touch up paint to make it look nice. Second put a full shower curtain or glass slider in as the one third glass allows way to much water onto the floor requiring us to use all towels to mop up watet. The spa is tempature controlled underground and was nice to use with the gym. Overall was pleased and would recommend especially if you need sleep.

Overall the hotel was very good. The spa access is a fantastic perk and was very welcome after each full day of exercise, walking around etc. The spa staff were a little less friendly than everyone else, but I had a wonderful massage and the therapist was so lovely. My room was only cleaned twice the entire week-long stay, and I had to explicitly ask someone after it hadn’t been touched for 4 days. There was a huge commotion in the room directly above mine at midnight one evening, that went on for over an hour - shouting, running, banging and crashing around. I reported it to Reception the next day but they didn’t appear to know anything about it. Fortunately it was only that one night but slightly concerning that the staff were unaware as it was incredibly loud and very late. The hotel itself is fine, just feels a little dated and tired. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries are nice, but the carpet is old and stained, and it just needs a bit of TLC to make it really amazing. It’s a bit far out from the city centre but the public transport is great - there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel, and the metro/trams are less than a 5min walk across the road so don’t be put off. Breakfast felt a little pricey considering what you can get in the dozens of cafes all over the city - I’d personally save your money and embrace the cafe culture in Budapest. Overall, it was an 8/10 for me and I would stay at the hotel again.

The surrounding town is well worth a walk around. I came across a great looking building and I was taking pics when I was invited inside to see the concert hall and gardens. I was invited to visit the next day when an orchestra performs wow amazing. Then Andrew showed me the cellar which has a tunnel running to the river which was used by Roman soldiers to get to the river. Where the concert hall is now it was once a Roman garrison. Well worth a visit.

Stayed a night and was comfortable. Staffs were kind, food was great(dinner with fish fillets, grilled chicken were great, breakfast buffet was with plenty of options with good quality foods). The room was roomy. The building was getting old needing some upgrades but overall, good value. Enjoyed the Spa which was free for the hotel guests.
