Everything we needed at our fingertips.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so friendly. The premises were beautiful. Comfortable and clean rooms. Overall, we were really happy ad will definitely come back! Additional shout out to Julie who helped us with our luggage upon arrival.

Our first time staying at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury and our 2 night experience was memorable thanks to Fuba the Duty Manager. Fuba checked us in Sun night smoothly with detailed information of the property and its offerings. We saw Fuba again on Mon night and we had a lovely conversation about the business, its history and current renovations. Thanks to Fuba’s warm hospitality and customer service we will be returning to Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury. Thank you for making our stay warm and welcoming Fuba!

The bilpin suite where we stayed for a night was amazing it had everything we needed and more, everything was comfortable, we used the hotel amenities and facilities they were all great except for the hydrobath where only two baths were working, nothing major though.

The property was beautiful from the rooms to the restaurants, the staff and surrounding gardens and facilities. Every staff we meet was freindly, helpful and greeted us everytime. Had dinner in the Harvest restaurant which was outstanding and buffet breakfast was great too. Would stay here again anytime and recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has plenty of facilities to keep our kids entertained and the staff went above and beyond. The dining is also excellent.

Excellent amenities. We were upgraded at check in and loved the room. The room was very spacious and the bathroom also had a bath and separate shower. Great breakfast.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is incredible and the surroundings are stunning. Have been staying here regularly for over 10 years and my number one choice when going to Sydney.
