Accommodating and very nice hotel

No ventilating fan on kitchen

Big rooms and good customer service, the only downside was the sofa bed it was dirty and little climsy.

Customer service not making the guest feel welcome

The room smelled terrible we had to stay in that room and the bathroom smelled like weed but the bedroom and living area had another terrible smell, the floor was sticky and the table was gross, we showered 3 times after coming home and washed all of our items never will I stay there again EVER

The front desk help was amazing. Kind, welcoming and super helpful. It's pet friendly and easy to get to from the highway

I stayed here for a 2 night quick work trip to Boston. I arrived hours before my check in time, extremely exhausted and thought I would have to wait in the lobby but the gentleman at the reception was extremely nice, friendly and professional. He was very helpful getting me into my room immediately seeing how tired I appeared. They had a collection of snacks, water, frozen dinner and coolers for drinks which was nice. The rooms as the building were old but clean and neat. There was some sought of renovation still going on but it wasn’t noisy and there wasn’t any form of disturbances. The rooms had a small kitchenette, with electric table top range for cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, cutlery, coffee machine/coffee and a pot. In short it had all the essentials that you need. The only reason I am not rating this a 5 star is because my shower was broken and only dribbled. I DID NOT tell them about it because the guy who worked evening shift at the reception didn’t look too approachable and I just wasn’t ready for drama over a 2-night stay plus I was too busy working and didn’t get to use the shower as often as I would have. So I won’t hold this against them at all. Otherwise this was as convenient as it could get especially for the price. I enjoyed my stay here.

Expedia says they serve daily breakfast and they don’t, they actually have overpriced junk food for sale instead. Horrible experience, room door was stuck, dents all over.

Clean room, but we asked housekeepers for more towels and they didn’t want to give us more and told us we needed to go get them to the front desk, first time I’ve ever experienced that!!!

Room was clean, staff seemed nice. It was a short trip, noticed after we checked in that there is no soap or shampoo in the room. It was too late to ask and checked out early, so unsure if you can request it.

Nice place.

During my stay me and my guest walked in to a dirty shower, broken shelve by the sink. And we experience bed bugs on our way back from a night out coming in from town that night .

I enjoyed my stay

The facility need upgrading- door hard to open, super noisy heater, old furniture.

The A/C unit was loud, would not turn off, running toilet. Not a good night sleep.
