High end hotel in Belo Horizonte. Room is impeccable, staff is helpful, and breakfast is one of the best continental style I ever had.

Everything was perfect!

This place was fancy. The room was very clean and the staff was polite. I only stayed here one day but I took advantage of the breakfast which had tons of delicious options to eat.

I didn’t like because they put me on the same room as last time and I made in and I complained about the sink. The water wasn’t running out and dirty floors so I didn’t like the experience.

This place is beyond filthy. I couldn’t bare the smell and the mold by day three and had us switched. My husband was having minor surgery and I couldn’t have him come back to that putrid smell coming from the drain on the bathroom floor. The shower was full of mold. All of the surfaces were black. I’m not even exaggerating. I wiped down and it was black. Don’t even get me started on the floors. There were visible splatters and smudges of spills and dirt. We did get moved to what they called a “lux” room on a much higher floor. The only thing that was better is that the smell was gone and the it had a tub and not a shower. Thank god there was no mold in the second room but the floors were still visibly dirty and I wiped all surfaces again and again it was all black. Oh the fridges, grow and dirty as well. It’s unfortunate that everyone thinks this place is good because it apparently carries a good name. But that’s all it is. I would never stay here again. As far as the staff, I found a nice lady from the cleaning crew to help me move and the people who delivered room service were nice. Front desk was very nice and accommodating when I called to switch rooms but it took about 45 minutes of waiting in line to do the initial check in upon arrival. There were four people at the front desk and only one doing the check in for that long line late in the evening. Ridiculous. There really isn’t any sense or urgency and everyone has their heads stuck in the computer.

Location, service and food are very good.

The hotel was dirty, in need of remodeling. Old, smelled like mold. Curtains were ripped from the rod, little furniture in the room. No mountain view as the ad promised. Old, janky furniture with knicks and stains. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I did not stay at the hotel and asked Expedia for a refund. I'm still waiting.
