We’ve stayed there on several occasions and the rooms are OK. My feeling is they are in need of a refresh as they are a bit dated. The staff is excellent and friendly and very helpful.

Everything was good. I had to check out a day early and the hotel was accommodating.

I’m giving this hotel two stars. I paid for a “luxury” room, and honestly, there was nothing luxurious about it. The bedframe had rips all over it, and there were parts of the floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet was also unusually low and had a very small shower with a very low shower head, which made the bathroom feel even less comfortable. On top of that, the room was very small — not at all what I would expect when booking and paying for a luxury upgrade. I would have given this stay one star based on the room quality alone. However, the service was really good. Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She even offered to move us to a different room, which I appreciated, but at that point I was already disappointed considering what was advertised as a luxury room. If you’re expecting true luxury and a room that matches the price, I would not recommend staying here.

Room is nothing like pictures, very outdated. payed for upgraded room wasnt pleased at all, i would really recommend a different hotel if it works for you.

Great hotel with pool.

The covered pool with the heaters and seating was so romantic and a really nice place to hang out. I do wish the pool was a little bit warmer. It was quite cool.

Over all great experience

Room wasn't clean when we arrived. At least the sink in the washroom. Covered in beard trimmings. Guess that's a corner they cut when you pay for early check in. Tried to order room service but the menu item we selected wasn't available. Saturday the waitress was absolutely slammed at the pool. Didn't get a chance to order. Ended up using skip.

Fave hotel in downtown for value, amenities and location. Amazing location. So many great restaurants nearby. Pool is beautiful and year round. On site restaurants are great but the finer dining one (Yellow Door) is only open on weekends now. My go to and look forward to staying again next time I am in town.
