We had trouble regulating the temperature. Clean and basic room.

Staff was very helpful. Very nice dining area. Room was modern and clean. Close to downtown. Very reasonable price for the quality and location.

Staff at front desk was very inviting and polite. Quick check in as well. Very informative too. Newly renovated as well.

My husband and I were in Roanoke for the Blue Ridge Foot Levelers Marathon. The Comfort Inn was clean, comfortable and neat. Service was outstanding as we had an issue with our reservation but the manager and front desk worked with us to resolve our issue.

The hotel room is just a shell, no channel guide for the TV, which worked intermittently with changing the channel. The curtains on the windows had holes in them as well as the sheets. The noice factor from construction went on til 9pm. Our room was on the side of the construction site. This room was rated 4. 8 on line. There is no way I would rate above a 3. I paid a good price for the hotel, not a cheap $100 like some other hotels. Will not return

Clean, comfortable, and well appointed for the money. We did have an issue where the front desk lady was overwhelmed with front desk check ins and a rude customer on the phone. She gave us keys programmed to an already occupied room. Which in the South, could have been dangerous. Luckily, it was a single man in bed.

Noisy construction going on first floor below us…

The stay was good. The room was clean and it was quiet. The fan in the bathroom in our room was very loud.

It was okay. Some things seem to need maintenance, i. e the carpet at room doorways. I had to find electric socket and plug in light by the bed

Room was run down while other areas of hotel under renovation. Site shows pool and why chose the location, but has been filled with concrete. WiFi sluggish when able to connect

No hair dryer, no alarm clock and very thin bath towels.

All of the staff were pleasant and friendly

Did not have any place to charge phone by bed or any USB outlets. There was also nowhere except the bathroom to plug in the coffee maker.

Was pleased with everything. If I had a complaint, it would be the road noise, but it was bearable.
