Staff was great

This was a nice hotel ! For the price , it was definitely worth it and I plan on coming back again! The service was good, everyone was very friendly . The property was nice , lots of beautiful trees surrounding the hotel and they have a delicious continental breakfast for their guests that was great! Lots of options for breakfast. The indoor pool and fire pit are so fun and a nice touch! My room was awesome! It had a living room, tow bedrooms , and a whole kitchen with a stove , dishes , pots and pans , and a fridge ! Most definitely worth every dollar spent !

The staff and convenience to shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean. Staff was ready to check in upon arrival. Kids had a fun time at the indoor pool. Everything was great. Except an alarm went off at midnight. It was quickly taken care of but still annoying. Plus, parking was $10 a night, or was it per day? I only stay 1 night but there is 2 charges on my bank transaction that hasn't finalized yet. So yeah, that part kinda suck since parking is not included free of charge.

We applaud the team at this hotel for highly responsive plus superb customer service. The amenities are very good, parking is easy, and the price is quite reasonable. Also, the location is excellent for getting around the Sacramento area.

We needed to stay close to the hospital to support a family member's critical surgery and hospital stay - to have quick and easy access to the hospital. Residence Inn was accommodating in allowing us flexibility to extend our stay as well as watched out for our our adult disabled daughter's safety while we were going to and from the hospital. It was a very clean and safe and quiet facility.

This location was one of the best Marriott locations we have reserved. It was clean, quiet, well kept, and responsive. The hotel staff were congenial and prompt. Thank you for making our stay warm And comfortable !

The hotel desperately needed to be updated. The hotel room was well appointed, but not as clean as i would expect from a Marriott. Dirt on the floor, clogged drain, hair on the towels and stains on the linen.

Liked the property. Very convenient location. Kudos to the staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

While the Residence Inn had some challenges, like the elevator being out of service (and we were on the top floor) and the room floor not being as clean as expected, the overall experience was still positive. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and we felt very safe during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Because of that, we’ll definitely be back.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean and modern bathrooms. Good breakfast options, and decent fitness facility and pool.

The only complaint I have is that when ever we asked the front desk for towels they didn’t have any, we had to get them from the room attendant cart.

Hot tub was not working very disappointing looking forward to get in hot tub
