Room was clean and everything was good

Clean safe, the breakfast was top roasted rosemary red potatoes great selection waffles and eggs and sausage. Did I say the place is clean. Oh yea it’s clean

Place is clean & quiet…

There were some issues during check in due to training new employees which is completely understandable, they gave me my key card since it was taking so long and let me go ahead. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice, the pool was very clean, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. We stayed during a wrestling and basketball tournament so all hotels were booked in the area, the place was completely packed and the staff were constantly busy but even so they were all very courteous and kind. I don’t usually leave reviews but when I booked this hotel I wasn’t looking for much and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The only real downfall was that I couldn’t understand a word of the gentleman checking me in, but I can’t understand anyone with the slightest accent, so no fault of his. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Hotel is currently being renovated and the floors are peeling up badly. They should not give out rooms that need to be renovated, we declined two rooms that we were given, they did end up giving us one that had been done and that was nice. We were originally told the pet fee was $15 per day and when we arrived it went up to $30 per day, I didn’t appreciate that.

Needed to check in a day before or reservation due to winter weather. The lady who took care of us on Nov 25th was so kind. The rooms are really nice, the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Best Western will have our business when we make a trip to Sycamore Illinois!! Please keep rates cost effective for everyone. Thankyou again

Bugs in the room needs an exterminator

Had to wait 45 mins and room wasn’t that clean.

The room was great and the girl that helped was great. They’re were children running the hallways all weekend unsupervised Breakfast was the worst sausage was cooked in microwave to long and the gravy had a crust in it and it was eary

Rachel was amazing at the front desk. She was courteous and sweet. She was very accommodating. The grands had fun in the pool. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt have breakfast but the coffee was great. Will stay again when we are in the area.

Everything was good, cleaniness, staff and amendities.

The tv wasn't working. The front desk lady fixed it but it went off line again. And when I woke up in the morning I had a cockroach in my bed.
