shower water didn't get warm

Staff was great. Breakfast was average.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Clean. It snowed and parking and walkways were cleared quickly. Used the workout room and I liked that they had ice water and towels available. Good breakfast with some different items with it.

It was very welcoming and clean! I've never had a breakfast Buffett as good as what they offer! The variety of items at the desk for purchase was very nice also. The only 2 negatives were the shower knob was peeling off and needed to be changed and the bathroom ceiling was beginning to peel away!

The property was clean and quiet. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The staff was good however; I was told by the desk girl, Jessie, that I could reach out to expedia for a refund I requested and expedia says the hotel hasn't responded. Jessie was good, she made check in easy. I didnt care for the noise. There were kids running down the hall at all hours of the night. They would let the doors slam. Over all I'd stay again but not use a 3rd party.

The staff was great. I had a couple kids get sick and I told the staff and they were great about it.

Very clean but breakfast was lacking bacon and the lady in charge of the breakfast display was loud

Generally overall great experience. Our bathroom was not the cleanest as there was hair all over the floor and missing mini toiletries and that would be the only thing to note. Otherwise comfortable stay!

I booked this on Hotels.com as a "pet-friendly" hotel, but the online check-in said, 'This hotel does NOT allow pets, and will charge a $25 fee if you bring your pet inside.' I called and the front desk lady said pets are fine, there's just a fee. That just made me feel weird, because I had to agree to a policy that wasn't actually true... The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was okay. I enjoyed the Nutella and flavored cream cheeses, and the Keurig in the room. Overall, it was a good stay just didn't feel worth $200.
