Staff is very helpful, friendly. Could use some repairs but very nice rooms and comfy beds, clean, clean!! Can highly recommend

The staff were very friendly, and helpful upon check in and throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, breakfast room and food stations were excellent...clean and food refilled as needed! I only wish I had gotten the woman's name who hosted the breakfast area as she deserves much praise for the obvious pride she takes in keeping all clean, food hot, and refilled as needed! The outdoor pool area was well maintained and clean. Only negative is our shower unit did not come completely on, so tub filled with water as one showered.

The pool was dirty. Super dirty. It was disgusting! I’m sure if I got inside the pool, I was either coming out sick or an STD. The rooms are nasty. The showers were even worse, mold everywhere. Carpet is black. Nasty, never staying there. I even checked out the same day I checked in.

I dont know how this hotel has such high ratings; the whole hotel smells like old frying oil and when my boyfriend and I went into our room there were large dead bugs everywhere. The room looked so dirty that we ended up having to find another hotel to stay at.

I had no reservations. Arrived 7-20 checked out 7-22-25. Super fast check in. Very quiet. Room super clean. Bathroom a little small but it was ok. Good price. I really liked it.

Door keys stop working all the time. Property needs to be updated and carpets & flooring needs to be replaced in rooms. The overall cleanliness needs to be improved in all areas.

Found spider manager was friendly and offer me an another room without question . Was very understanding due to was from flashback flooding twice and told him no worries was u sweets dung . Accomdatiom was clean and definitely would stay again

Many cockroaches in room - killed about a dozen.

Bathroom was in need of an up grade. Curtains were worn out with visible holes.

Friendly staff

Very outdated. Chair in room was broken and they would not replace it. A/C was noisy. Floor was lifting and needed to be replaced. Toilet constantly ran.

Everything about it was great. Friendly staff, great pool, walking distance from shopping.
