Excellent value, just be sure to remember to return the room key to the front desk otherwise you will be charged for not returning it.

Good basic hotel!

The front desk poor service, to call them never pick up their phone and I went there twice never find no one to assist me, I ring a front desk bell no one shows up. And the cleaning crew they don’t check around after finishing cleaning the room, I found a bra under the couch in my room of which it makes me to fell like my room was not well cleaned out and I was so disappointed.

After I went to check out from this particular location they tried to say that I had put some stuff over the smoke detector alarm when I don't even smoke and they took my deposit plus I stayed there on three different occasions as well and each time after I left there I had to call my bank and file a dispute to get my deposit back that they take from your card so they will lie and say whatever they have to in order to keep your deposit not very friendly and all around bad experience with them

Nice people working there

It carried the basics, good bed and clean room. Breakfast was less then desirable - dry cereal, toast and coffee. Door lock stuck in the open position and was only able to be moved with use of the key card. Upon return to room, this issue appeared fixed. Room seemed dark, lack of lighting, but warm. Internet was ok.

Friendly staff

This is not a real hotel. It serves at a home for several Asian Families. It’s something I have never experienced in my life.

Descent

Great location for a short trip to Seattle on a budget. It's within walking distance to the light rail station and numerous restaurants. The room was comfortable and met my needs perfectly.

It was fine. No one answered at the desk when we called due to a flight delay and we were arriving close to 2am. Weird to have to be so strict about the plastic room card (we had planned to just leave it behind in the room when we left, but had to check out instead). Clean, but cheap meant rundown. Skimpy breakfast. Need peanut butter for toast or bagels.

You get what you pay for not as nice as the photos show but not terrible. Was just a longer commute to work for the week which isnt on them.

I had a great experience overall like always staff friendly and I sleep like a baby😊
