We had a great time on this hotel!!

The room was great ,Clean and comfy just kinda wish the view of Chicago was better.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean but the hot water wasn’t hot still overall a good stay

My room was not clean and I have to go downstairs to the front desk for towels and coffee. I did t expect that poor service from the hotel. Just to be clear I did not left any signage saying to not clean the room

The construction across the street was very loud every night (all night). It would have been good to stay in a different part of the hotel.

Nice property and very conveniently located.

Hotel was nice and it was clean. There was some mold in the bathtub and some of the paint was chipping but it is a nice and quiet place to stay. Near downtown and short trips via uber to Navy Pier

Close to Amtrak and UIC. Just what I needed.

I booked a suite for the weekend. The bathroom and common room floors were so dirty and sticky. When I went to the front desk to ask about switching rooms or even having my room cleaned the staff acted as if I was bothering her. Needless to say we checked out and checked into the Marriott. Never again!!

parking was super easy, nice stay.

The property was as advertised. So often on the internet you see images of a hotel and when you arrive it is not at all what you have seen. In this case we were pleasantly surprised.

No hot water at all. No restaurants nearby, and limited options for food. Bed was fine. Floors dirty.

Overall, good hotel in a great location for our trip and the things we planned on doing. Close to both metro and train station. I would only point out that the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Also, it’s a strange location tucked been a highway and massive buildings along the river. The main bridge between the buildings to the loop was under construction and impassable. This made us walk under a sketchy tunnel (also under construction).

I have never went to a hotel that didn't have fresh coffee available for their guests in the lobby or other area. I would rather have that then the stuff in the room. Noisy motel guests in the hall in the night wasn't pleasant.

We had an amazing stay. There were 3 of us staying for 3 nights. I especially liked that hotel staff seemed concerned with our problems when we had them. It was right next to the Blue line, so it took like 5 minutes to get from the room to the subway. It also had great soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The bathroom was really small, but we were only in the room at night so it was fine for us.
