Did a quick road trip of Ireland and stayed in 4 different hotels in 5 days, this was by far my favorite stay. The rooms and lobby are gorgeous, the staff is wonderful, and the attached pub was great to mingle with locals. It makes me proud to be named Shannon. Will definitely be back.

Nice Caesar salad and soup for lunch in the pub. Good shrimp and pasta and a steak sandwich for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. We were early and checked in right away. Thanks. My freezer packs were put in your freezer for me, thanks. Convenient to airport.

They have a disco bar that plays loud music until 1am. We had a 5 am flight to catch and didn't get any sleep. Our bedroom walls were shaking all night from the music and couldn't sleep. We called the front desk and complained and they didn't even care. They act as if we are the problem for wanting to sleep.

Great comfortable place convenient to Shannon Airport.

We stayed here 5 years ago before they remodeled and had a great time and a quiet restful place to come back to. This time we specifically booked here again because of the past experience and we weren't disappointed. We are planning another trp in the next couple of years and if possible will visit here again.

A really lovely stay at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were well appointed & decorated, the beds & bedding were comfortable & cosy. The staff were all very friendly too. Breakfast both mornings was very good, with plenty of choice.

Just got back from a 4 night stay, really convenient to travel to from airport, lovely, clean and spacious hotel, staff are friendly, room was good, comfy bed, clean and also spacious, had food couple times in the restaurant and pub, in which both times were tasty and filling. Breakfast was great. Stayed here and travelled to Galway, cliffs of Moher and the coastline and Bunratty, all easy to travel to with use of a hire car. Would recommend and stay again :)

Food in restaurant amazing

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Upgraded to the biggest room and it exceeded my expectations. It was so lovely and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would love to stay here again when I return to Ireland

Brought my nephew to see Santa in Bunratty and this was the closest hotel i could find. Delighted we found it. My nephew said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in. Reception even printed him a map of where to find Santa. All the staff here were extremely good and friendly. Definitely a place i would go back to or recommend. Cater to gluten free as well.

Staff was friendly, room was nice, spacious for type, ready early, accommodating.

When flying in or out of Shannon, the Park Inn is the ultimate in convenience. You can walk across the parking lot to enter the terminal and catch your flight, plus the restaurant/pub on-site has fine service and good food! A very convenient place to stay when you’re in Shannon!

I would definately stay again. Close to airport and hotel was lovely and staff friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Great location for travelling to nearby Clare and limerick.

We reserved a king bed room and was given a twin and double bed room.

Clean, well maintained, great breakfast, comfortable beds!

Restaurant seemed rushed and not adequately staffed. Not a big concern because many restaurants in our area at home are challenged with staffing also.
