We had a great night. The hotel and staff went above and beyond. Very clean room, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. I will definitely recommend staying here. Great experience. Thank you for a great time.

Great front desk staff

The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful. Check in was quick. Didn't like the noisy neighbors but that was not the hotels fault. We needed to use the laptops in the lobby for business but they were down. It was a last minute overnight in Worcester. I would stay again. We enjoyed a drink and a meal at the bistro.

Not enough parking between the Courtyard and the Hampton Inn sharing a parking lot.

I stay here regularly when I work on site in Worcester. There are a number of hotels to choose from but I always stay here because it’s convenient, reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. How awesome is it when you walk in after a long day and Jean recognizes you and greets you with the biggest smile? Or when you get to your room and it smells so fresh and clean? Those are the small things that make a difference in my stays when I am traveling and away from my family. Love the gym, coffee in the lobby and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Unfortunately, the body wash dispenser was empty today. Can’t really do much to fix when you’re leaving that morning, so would recommend topping them off at specified intervals so this doesn’t happen. Thankfully I had back up soap, so not awful. Just disappointed as I like the scent.

I stayed one night for business and was very happy with the bed comfort, and the shower. Free coffee in the AM was good too Was hit with a $15.00 parking fee the next morning though. I wasn’t happy with that.

Our stay was enjoyable. Staff was veey friendly and our room was clean.

Check in was seamless and super friendly (thank you, Jean!). Preferred floor was asked instead of just giving me a room. Room was super clean and spacious and television could be rotated to watch from desk, table or couch. While seemingly a small detail, the room had this amazing bright light which I appreciated because sometimes the hotel lights are just “meh”. Gym was nicely appointed with functional cardio machines. Small store with necessities (or midnight snacks) needed! Highly recommend!

Nothing really to report good or bad. A bed, a basic breakfast and an expensive parking lot. Park around the corner on the street for free. There is a good coffee shop across the street, Fuel, that is not visible from the street. Try that for a better breakfast. I was given a ground level room next to the parking lot and as a single woman traveling, it didn't feel comfortable that people could see in the room if I left the curtains open.

First impression

Very comfortable hotel, each room had microwave and mini fridge, whcih was very convenient. Modern bathrooms and furniture and a nice lobby for the class. Overall recommend. We have stayed here twice. Free parking, cemtral location, and close to some good restaurants were plusses.

From the front desk to the housekeeping staff this place was awesome! The sitting area with the little bar area was the BOMB!!
