Does exactly what you need. Clean and comfortable.

Very efficient check-in

When I finally arrived at Doubletree they had overbooked and had to send me to a different property 30 minutes from airport.

Tom, the manager was so helpful. The two nights that we stayed we stayed at the beginning of our trip and the last night of our trip before flying back to the US. I definitely recommend this place. This is the third time I’ve stayed there when traveling to Edinburgh and back to the US.

post flight. Great amenities and free shuttle to the airport. Rental car return is walking distance to property. Win win!

Nice

Bed was soft, TV was limited, food was almost inedible, help with baggage non-exisitant.

Property was clean and Staff was helpful. Prices at bar and restaurant were pricey but not over the top (it is a hotel) and the food was good. Loved that it was so close to Airport and had free shuttle bus. Would definitely stay there again if I was traveling by.

Adjacent to the Edinburgh Airport so extremely convenient if you have an early flight. Large restaurant with excellent food.

Nothing to add

Dated building. Reception staff helpful & friendly. Maitrodee at the restaurant was rude when I asked if I could order food at the bar. No clue why. Bar food menu expensive. Not bad overall.

I have stayed at Hilton property’s many times. The staff was rude down to the bar tender . I will not stay at this property again. There are many more properties close to the airport .

Great accessibility to the airport

We didn't make much use of the hotel's facilities due to checking in at 3am. But the staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable (and utterly welcomed).

Staff so fantastic . Bed very comfortable . Room nice and clean . It’s an airport hotel so people coming and going all night . Try and get a room away from the lift /elevator

Mediocre at everything. Front desk made a deal out of “upgrading” me to the same level of room i had already reserved. Got to the room and called “careline” and front desk at least 6 times with no answer. Room service menu after 10pm was limited to 4 items. The curry I ordered was not available. Waited outside for airport shuttle. A bus labeled Premier Parking stopped for about two seconds and took off. Went inside to enquire if that was indeed the airport shuttle. It was. The Doubletree Airport was OK but could have been much better in almost every way.
