Very underwhelming for the price we paid, and for the Hilton brand. The pool area didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks and was very run down. The breakfast was far from fresh and quite limited on hot food. I had to put in an order for vegetarian sausages, they came out over cooked and stone cold, which reflected the rest of the food.

I liked that as i had forgotten to bring a wash cloth i was able to ask for a wash cloth and it was delivered to my room dinner of fish and chips on the first night was delicious and a generous portion however we chose to use uber eats as we didn't see anything else on the menu that we fancied for dinner overall we'll definitely visit again many thanks to the staff for making our visit very pleasant

On arrival the carpark notices displayed astronomical fees and only in small print said that these did not apply to guests. Checking in the machines to make the room keys did not work so we had to be escorted to our room to be let in. This took a while as one of the lifts wasn't working. Although we booked a double room for 2 people there was only one towel in the bathroom, one bathrobe and one camomile tea bag. We requested a second bath robe but it never arrived The room was large and the bed was comfortable

I was dissapoint that they had no key cards for a day and a half and if i wanted ti go to my room i had ti wait for someone to let me in, i want some compensation for this inconvenience absolutly shocking

The lift was broken. We didn’t get our room card, we always had to go to the reception to get someone assist us to our rooms as they have informed us . We also had to pay £10 for pay for parking ! So if we had stayed for more than 5 days that would have been £50-£60! On just parking! Breakfast was overpriced and was average . Our room didn’t have two towels and a robe. I had to contact reception for this and it took them 3 hours to bring this. Overall very dissatisfied, poor service , very inconvenient

The room door wasnt closing and the wardrobe knob wasnt properly fixed. The room had a very damp smell that wont go away, no extractor. The heating fan regulator was centrally controlled so we couldnt adjust to fan even it was very hot. The carpets are tired, the hotel needs an overhaul

Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy.

Checked in ok went to the room the volume on the tv was broken & could not get WiFi on my FireStick. They sent someone up to fix it but he couldn’t so changed room only to find the WiFi wasn’t working in that room ! & when I went to bed I couldn’t turn off the very loud air con ! … very poor

I wanted to order room service but couldn’t get hold of anybody after 15 mins of trying the room service number and reception so went down to the bar to order. After an 45 mins of waiting i rang down only to be told my order had been lost Heating in the room was old and very difficult to use. Insane down multiple times to get help as room was so hot but again no answer. Was told by reception when I checked out that the heating system is old and needs someone to show how to use it. I said I tried on multiple occasions but there was no answer!!! So I had a very hot and uncomfortable nights sleep. The sofa in the suite was broken. I laid down on it to watch the tv and put my feet in the arm, and it fell off. For the money I paid for a suite, very poor condition and very disappointed by the suite
