DO NOY STAY HERE! This hotel had closed down and for some reason “reopened”. I get that it’s not the employees fault, they are doing the best they can, but I absolutely would not recommend! And this, is after they had changed us to a “better” room. Please save yourself the hassle and headache.

no apto para discapacitados, el acceso es muy complejo debe ser caminando y el camino no es seguro. el personal no fue muy amable. pagué desayuno incluido en reservación, me dijeron en check in que no estaba incluido. tuve que indagar y hasta el dia siguiente aceptaron que si estaba pagado. mala organización.

Le falta mantenimiento, cuartos fríos, minisplit no servía pero me cambiaron de habitación

It's a nice building but with a lot of opportunities in maintenance. The experience at the reception was really bad, I made the checkin on line, but any way we we forced to fill the same form at frontdesk. The access to the room is quite complicated, there is no elevator and you need to go over some stairs with your luggage, no help from the staff. When we entered the room, no towels, soap or toilet paper. When we asked for them we received a bad mode response. We only received good treatment from the Waitress and the restaurant staff., the food is good.

Incredible that the elevator didn’t work, and the bell boy told us that more than 6 months have passed without working, my wife is pregnant and our room was in 5th floor, thanks that we only spent one night, the hotel needs a renewal, and the towels are too old

Las instalaciones estan regulares… las fotos se ven mejor que lo que esta en realidad… el desayuno regular… el trato de los empleados muy bien! Si volveria a Guanajuato me gustaría buscar otro hotel…

No hubo agua caliente para bañarse. Alguien entro don una llave a nuestro cuarto. Las llaves Del lavabo gotean todo el tiempo

Staff was friendly, but the room had a mildew sewer smell. Some of the lights did not work. We had a large party stay at this hotel and almost everyone had a similar experience.

El hotel es viejo y tiene muchas fallas. Tuvimos que ser reubicados de habitación ya que la puerta no cerraba con llave y la regadera no servía. El staff es amable pero no dan la información completa y crean confusión. Las fotos de la propiedad habrán sido tomadas varios años atrás pues se ve muy distinto. Misión ya no es lo que era antes.

The hotel was fine overall. The poll was dirty. The first room they gave us has trash in the bin, no shower curtain and a dirty toilet. They changed our room. The worst thing that happened during our stay was that around midnight, when we were sleeping, another guest came into our room with an actual key to our room. The staff had messed up the keys, deactivated mine, and assigned it to another guest. That was very scary and the staff barely apologized for the incident
