Please save ur money! This property is so horrible!

Came up for my annual girls trip! Got to enjoy myself and the room was clean and nobody caused issues while we were there. Would book again

The property is run down and needs maintenance. They only gave us one washcloth and the towels were rough and scratchy. The breakfast was cereal and oatmeal- and they ran out of coffee by 830!

Very sketchy, dirty, no good amenities, deceiving hotel room. Water pressure in sink was terrible, rooms don’t look like pictures, ceiling was peeling paint and cracked. Dirty hallways, smelled like weed, not friendly staff, property conditions are a 2/10. Bed linen had cigarette holes in it, no HOT breakfast, No iron board but had an iron. Side doors did not work with room key. Would not recommend staying here :(

Crackheads hanging around outside, limited breakfast options. Room had hard floors and clean bedding. Okay for a 1 night stay just passing through

We left this property within minutes of arriving. There was no one available at check-in. Their were obvious signs of people living on this property. Cats and house plants could be seen in the windows of the property along with piles of trash and junk. Most windows were open and the property reeked of marijuana. There was a person in a car in the parking lot asleep with hotel towels on the windows. We did not feel welcome or safe.

This hotel has the feel of being run down. While the room was large, I paid for a refrigerator and microwave but no plates, cutlery or cups were provided; not even a microwave safe cup. There were two damaged items, the control knob for the shower that had sharp edges and the shower curtain rail was loose, looking very insecure.

Not good

I will not be staying at this hotel again. I booked for two nights but left after one. It was not refundable but my family refused to stay another night. We got a 3 bed two bathroom suite and had multiple issues. One bathrooms shower was broken and not useable, ants in the window seal and bathroom, walls where dirts, carpets didn’t look vacuumed all the way, as well as the couch was dirt. The mattresses where uncomfortable to sleep on. The next morning a hotel service member asked if we needed anything, I asked to for the room the be cleaned and fresh towels however when we returned to the room that evening no one cleaned the room or brought towels. These are just a few issues we had I decided to pack up my family and get a room elsewhere. This was the worst hotel experience.

Obvious addicts going in unlocked back doors. Reaks of cigarette smoke, rooms in need of repair. Very unsafe feelings around this hotel. We immediately checked back out and found a new hotel down the road that told us this was a common occurrence.

We walked into the room and immediately tripped over the broken tiles. Then noticed that the smoke detector was broken and hanging half off the wall. The bed was broken down and making noise. The window, which opened up to a roof ledge that someone could come through, the latch would not close. We were about in tears since this was supposed to be our anniversary weekend. Do not come here unless you want to just party and not sleep.

The hotel was not at all as it was advertised. I booked a 2 queen non-smoking room. The room reeked of smoke. Every blanket was covered in burn holes. The shower hadn't been cleaned and still had someones hair on the shower wall. Ceiling pant was falling off. Window seal was broken. Microwave had been through WWII. There were ants coming from God knows where. Service was decent. Breakfast wasn't that great, but the waffles were good.

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The room was not very clean - we found hair and an old bar of soap in the shower, and there were noticeable spills on the walls that hadn’t been cleaned. The room also had a strong smell of smoke and mildew, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in. The overall condition of the hotel was run down, and it’s located in a neighborhood that felt a bit sketchy, especially after dark. That said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind rough edges, it might work for you but if cleanliness and a sense of safety are priorities, this may not be the best choice.

My first room, in the first floor, had a broken window whichncould be opened from the outside. When i notifed the desk, the immediately moved .e to a different room.

The staff was nice, and it seemed clean, but there were MULTIPLE broken things in the room and the breakfast was absolutely dismal. We had a double family room. One of the chain locks was broken and neither door seemed secure. A lamp shade was missing, one of the tvs didn’t work, the towel rack was broken, there was exposed wiring, the door between our bedrooms only had a doorknob on one side and didn’t latch. Breakfast- the coffee, juice, AND water dispensers were broken. There were zero gluten free options (not even fruit). And we could often smell marijuana smoke in the hallways.

The desk staff were really nice and friendly, so the immediate shady aspect of the hotel was a bit alleviated. The room looked clean and the bed was comfortable. Our non smoking room had the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes, probably from the several butts stuffed into the sink drain. Photos are provided of the hair dryer and vent fan which was incredibly noisy. We were just staying the night and decided that we had a concert to get to and we didn’t want to spend time looking for somewhere else. We did not stay for breakfast.
