Everything was excellent! Great location.

The heat did not work. I left numerous messaged to have it rectified. The only solution came on the final night, when I was offered an alternate room. The place was 59 degrees and was ridiculous.

The area to take the dogs out is gross. Not clean, muddy, dog poop everywhere. Also, the bathroom in our hotel room wasn’t clean and the floor wasn’t vacuumed and swept

The room was spotless, the staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful, the location was great for us, and the parking was not a big deal since it was not right beside the property. Very enjoyable stay. Would come and stay again.
