Staff really went the extra mile in providing services the pool and patio area had a lot of thought put into the design and it shows. Very enjoyable

The place wasn't clean

Great stay!

Our stay was okay, the first room that they gave us the ceiling was full of dark specks it almost looked like mold. Thankfully we were able to change rooms but I never knew if they were able to clean that or what. The other thing is we saw a little cockroach in our second room, it was just the one so it was fine but it made me wonder actually how clean this place is. I would still come back but would expect the rooms to be spectacular.

Our room was nice and spacious, clean and the breakfast bar was nicely stocked and very clean. We would defiantly stay here again.

Loved it

It was amazing to stay there. The staff was so friendly. I asked them several questions and they were taking the time to answer the questions. Give me directions, actually printed me out of the area and show me different places and how to get there.

Outstanding food and staff!

We stayed here for our wedding. I think our wedding group had the whole 5th floor except one other person. Everybody was so friendly. Everybody was so accommodating and the staff was so supportive of the fact that we had a wedding going on. The pool and the hot tub was open 24/7. I do like the fact that the breakfast was 7-10 am instead of most places that are 6-9 am. I mean, who is up at 6 am on a freaking vacation. I also liked when I could put a laminated paper on the pillow and housekeeping comes in and notices the paper and cleans the room.

It was our 20th anniversary and they made the stay so memorable. They were professional and kind and there for our every need. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to stay in pigion forge Tennessee.

Only one elevator and you would that caused a wait . Thats me being picky but the only bad thing i can say about our stay
