Family friendly and will definitely stay here again in the future?

Check in was fast and smooth. When we arrived, the room was clean and in good order. A microwave, small coffee machine, and mini-fridge were in the room. The bathroom was in good order and clean. The tub was slippery when showering and the bathroom exhaust fan was loud and always on. Ironically, there was an odd odor to the bathroom even though the fan was always running. We will use this hotel in the future as it is conveniently located, in a nice area, felt secure, has plenty of parking, and was an overall very good experience.

Ac wasn’t working good in room. Ceiling peeling off on ceiling in bathroom. Bathtub peeling ac in room needs fixed pool closed at 10 that’s early for hot tub and pool. Most stay open till 12 am

Bathtub was aged and peeling around the drain. Tub took way too long to drain after bath.

Location was great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The other guests were respectful and pleasant. Overall great stay.

Sink was clogged when we checked in. But overall we had a good sleep passing by Kansas city.

Night manager was amazing and gave us a short tour to our suite. Staff friendly and helpful!

Not a good stay. Bathroom door is warped and would not latch. Toilet needs attention and often keeps running. The roof units outside our window were loud and annoying.
